When my prescription order is up not one cares and responds. Horrible billing errors that seems no one in the organization taking responsibility. They used to respond and try to resolve now you get an email saying "Your billing department and doctor know the best.". After a suggested preventative procedures, no one contacts you back. It's just a money machine without the service.
