Small waiting room but enough to have a play area for kids and a SLIDE that goes from the top floor to the bottom when kids leave, 6 and over, can go down after they are serviced. They prefer the kids to go upstairs to be serviced alone which gives me SO much anxiety dealing with a 3 year old. The first visit, which was just a cleaning, she did great going alone and they call you up after to discuss after. The assistant Passion, is super nice friendly and personable with the kids, it's comforting. Dr. Lin is very good with kids. He explains all options and issues with options. It's truly coming from a place of what's best for care individually. He's a little hard to understand with his accent but he has no issues explaining and taking time to make sure you understand. Everyone was really good about explaining everything to me and making sure I understood what was going on. The dentist even spent an impressive amount of time with me which I was surprised about. At previous dentist offices I have attended, the technician would take the x-rays, do the cleaning and polishing then review everything with the dentist. At this office, the technician did my x-rays then the dentist did everything else. It felt a little odd, but I also felt like I was getting her honest opinion and attention.
