Dr. Terry Olejko came in to take a look and stated what he thought it was which would not be cancerous. He then asked if I would like for them to do a biopsy since I was already in the office. Sure! I was taken into another room and the whole thing took less than 10 mins. The staff is amazing with comfort and care. They explained the insurance part and I was able to go back to work. They called me to make sure I was doing ok and advised if I had any issues with the sutures or the site of biopsy, to give them a call. They called 3 days later and stated it was confirmed by OSU that it was exactly what the Dr Olejko thought it was.....not cancerous! What a huge relief. I would recommend him to anyone needing teeth pulled or any other oral health issues beyond a dentist.

The next day I was so swollen and in pain, when my mom called to inquire about what to do, they said it's because I didn't eat real food with my meds. Real food? Right after getting 3 wisdom teeth pulled? I had issues for over a month. I had a big hardened blood clot in my cheek, ended up with a major infection with a $25K hospital bill from 2 ER visits and a week long hospital stay. I almost had to have surgery at the hospital because of him. Doctors and Nurses all said it was from unclean hands, tools, and environment. Then, he had the nerve to bill both my of dental insurances and send me a bill for the remaining amount! Even though insurance said I was paid in full. When we continued to fight him, he then had the audacity to send us a nasty letter on Westerville Police Department letterhead demanding payment. He was an officer part time!

I looked at my forms, and it does specify that you must make changes prior to 48hr window, but NOWHERE does it state that you will be billed for $50! No where! I can't believe how unhelpful this office staff is. I don't miss appointments that I schedule, and I am very punctual! I own a business and work full time, and make my appointments. This was an extenuating circumstance, and I was nicely asking for help. Now I am completely uncomfortable with even going (which I'll have to Uber there or find a ride-as a 32yr old grown woman), and have never felt so triggered or violated by having to go through with an appointment at an office that clearly doesn't value it's patient more than the almighty dollar bill. Dentistry in Ohio is hard to find quality care from. I NEVER had such an issue back in California, and I am no snowflake. But to have to go through with this appointment now and not want to be out $50 (bc let's face it, who can afford that), it's such a violation, and it makes me feel sick to my stomach. We had been at this practice for around 4-5 years I believe. My husband had a bad experience with her and her attitude in the very beginning and he changed to another practice. My 4 year old son and I had cleanings last month. Our dental insurance had changed. I didn't realize that they didn't have the new info. (Shouldn't they ask when you arrive anyway? Michelle told me "No".) When they called after the appointment, I gave them the info that I had for the new cards (the same info my husband gave to his dentist and everything was fine with them). I was completely taken aback that someone would call one of their customers and treat them like this!! I decided that we were changing dentists and then actually received a note in the mail asking us to leave them. Talk about shocked!!
