I will start with saying I would not recommend Santosh K. Pawars services to anyone. I chose her to…read morebe my immigration attorney and she did absolutely nothing to represent my case. My wife and I did everything on our own. I paid her in full for her services and no services were rendered. She was suppose to represent me and help me with this process. First she messed up from the beginning when she tried to pay the fees with her personal credit card after we paid her cash (we were told at the immigration office that there is no such thing), This set us back weeks after we realized that our case was closed due to none payment of fees. After that our interview was cancelled and we asked her to help us figure out why and all she did was send an email to the office that got no response. This set us back and our case was closed for the second time. She never found out why the interview was cancelled and never set up another one for us. My wife and I took matters into our own hands. We called immigration and got an appointment. We drove to buffalo and asked for an interview to be rescheduled. She didnt put in the effort necessary as our attorney to help us with our case. We did it on our own with no advice from her, our attorney. my case has been approved 4 months ago and just now she realized that and all she did was asking for copy of my green card. It is unprofessional and a joke that just now she found out, our last contact was that she will check why my case was closed - FOUR MONTHS AGO. She have no idea what went on with our case and did not represent us at all, she never had her best interest in mind at any point throughout this process . She did horrible job and I am completely dissatisfied. Even her referrals were horrible. She sent me to a doctor who didn't even have the right updated forms. Again I took matters into my own hands to have the correct forms filled out. I would never recommend her to anyone.

My name is Svetlana. I am writing this review so that others can make an informed decision…read more I paid $400 for a consultation and did not receive answers to any of my questions. I contacted attorney Ryan L Witmer regarding a specific issue with my documents. My request was clear: what actions can be taken in my situation, and what are the possible options. I sent all documents and questions to the attorney by email so he could prepare in advance for our meeting. Importantly, I also made it clear before the consultation that I do not qualify for a refugee program and am not applying for it. Nevertheless, during the entire one-and-a-half-hour consultation, the attorney asked questions focused solely on determining whether I qualify for this program. In the end, he confirmed what I had already stated at the beginning: no, I do not qualify for the refugee program. It seems the consultation was conducted in the attorney's interest -- to see if he could take me on for the refugee program costing $10,000-15,000. My questions remained unanswered, and I asked: "So how should I handle my situation? How can I solve this issue?" At the end of the meeting, the attorney promised to send a strategy for my case. I waited a week. Instead, I received an email offering to provide access to my personal account so that the attorney could submit a request for expedited processing of my existing and already filed case -- stating that this would cost $1,500. Anyone can perform this action independently: in the account, there is a button "Request Expedited Processing," which only requires clicking and writing a reason. It takes two minutes and is free. I do not consider this a strategy for handling the issue I contacted the attorney about. A strategy should be a plan: step one, step two, step three. What to do, in what order, and how to resolve the situation. I received none of this. I emailed Ryan L Witmer asking for a refund of $400 because the consultation did not address my questions, and I did not receive a strategy for my situation. The attorney refused, stating that he spent one and a half hours with me. But those one and a half hours were spent on his agenda, not mine. Result: $400 paid, questions unanswered, no strategy provided, and instead of real help -- an offer to pay $1,500 for something anyone can do for free in their own account. Based on my experience, I do not recommend working with Ryan L Witmer. I want to confirm that this review is not fake. I will leave my email here, popovapm9@gmail.com, in case readers have questions.
