Michelle and Dr. Le (pronounced Lay for those of us that need the reminder) are top notch people and very well versed in how to communicate with patients. First, I would like to acknowledge how easy it was to contact them, leave a message, and I heard back from them ASAP. I actually was able to get into see Dr. Le the same day; :) I'm so grateful, too. Furthermore, the care that was shown to me was extraordinary. I don't think I've had the same experience with anyone else. I really liked how they charted my history and Dr. Le used a white board, which is so brilliant because I could visually see all of my options (versus remembering them). Together, they are a class act and therein if you're looking for a new Doctor, I highly recommend you give them a try. I was assigned this…read moreoffice with my insurance group and from the first visit to my last straw interaction, this office did not practice Patient CARE.. they practiced I DONT CARE! The front desk staff is so uncaring. They do not know how to exercise basic humane reactions. You walk away from an appt not even have a result. They dont even submit referrals correctly It took me 6 or more months of calling weekly to get them to submit my cpap machine properly. Literally filled out the main referral for the mask only. Called called called and finally gave them a list of codes I received from the providing facility to give them myself cause they were tired of reaching out to parsas staff to correct My last straw.. was recently. I had a stroke and after release from hospital, I was told my primary doc office needs to refer me to cardiology for a heart monitor. I call them and explain I need Tiffany, the PA to refer me to cardiology. Of course they say.. you need an appt. I say not really she just needs to send a referral in so I can get my monitor to rule out Afib as a cause .. the very uncaring receptionist say.. well we can see you on the 11th. Im like.. its the 29th.. so you see waiting 2 weeks is not really good.. I just had a stroke! She says well, sorry parsa is booked and so is Tiffany. I said its an emergency. What's your protocol? She says there is none. I said please place me on hold and ask if she can fit in a tele health visit in the next day or so.. if she literally needs an appt it needs to be sooner. She refused to do that ReFUSED stating protocol. I said so you have NO EMERGENCY PROTOCOL? She said no.. 2 weeks pass and of course.. I jave now had 4 more mini strokes.. NOT Tia's literally brain damaging strokes.. and I get my appt.. so she can refer me to cardiology and ​I forget to ask for wprk paperwork.. so I called back within three days of that appt.. to get that paperwork and they tell me You need another appt. And it has to be in person. Not a telehealth. I said, no ma'am I just had an appt and this is part of it.. she said no.. I said please just email her and tell her I forgot to ask for that paperwork she said no again amd refused my request three more times before I told her she will indeed get a message to her and if I hear from her lips she needs an appt then we would go from there. Unbelievable how they treat people who need some care and compassion. Horrible place. Yes.. they called back and said, you need an appt. I will never return. I called my neurologist and they had the paperwork I needed emailed to me within 15 minutes! This office will not even call you to give you test results regarding a previous app.. without you paying another office copay. I have never experienced such blatant disrespect for people in all my life. I am a caring and kind person and this office made me feel like a speck of dirt under their shoes.

Call repeatedly to get them to fill my lab work for my first doctors visit as a routine but they…read morenever did and it's been several months and I still receive a bill from the lab saying I owe them hundreds of dollars. I call my health insurance company and they confirm that the doctors office never build it as a routine lab work so if that happens to you, make sure you call them and get them to provide a CPT code as well as a diagnosis code for routine lab work and make sure you call them every day to make sure it's done. Don't rely on the lab to tell you is done. You have to call the lab too and make sure that they got the submission from dr parsa's office.

Fortunately I am pretty healthy but I still usually see him once or twice a year for some random thing in addition to my annual physical at the end of the year. He is always very pleasant and is an excellent communicator. I always have questions about something that may or may not be related to my current visit and he is always happy to take the time to listen, understand, and answer them all. I never feel rushed at all. His office runs very efficiently. I always schedule afternoon appointments which is usually when most medical offices get backed up. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes past my scheduled appointment time to be seen. The medical group has a diagnostics department downstairs. When I was in to see Dr. Hall earlier this month, he sent me downstairs to get a chest x-ray. Fifteen minutes later I was back in his office to go over the findings without having to come back for another appointment at a later time. On the rare occasions when I have needed a referral to an outside specialist, I have always been very happy with the doctors referred. This includes my current dermatologist who I still see a few times a year for checkups and periodic procedures. If I have a medical issue and it is not on the weekend, Dr. Halls office will usually be able to fit me in to be seen within a few days. It is always best to see your regular doctor instead of a random nurse practitioner at an urgent care whenever possible. If I do end up having to go to the urgent care in the same business center and I'm not feeling better soon, I can always get a follow up appointment a week later with Dr. Hall instead of going back to the urgent care. The Caduceus online patient portal is excellent. In addition to being able to access all of your medical records and request refills, you can send a message to Dr. Hall anytime and usually get a reply the same day. The websites "chat with us" feature is also great. Instead of calling and waiting on hold, Krystal who usually answers the chat quickly always promptly takes care of any questions or issues I have. Michele in the billing department has also been a great resource whenever I have insurance issues. I highly recommend Dr. Hall if you are in need of a primary care doctor.
