Extensive explanation of the process of the chimney inspection. Tom is very knowledgable and came with the right tools for the job. As he was performing the internal flue inspection with a camera he showed and explained what potential issues he looks for. 2. After Tom completed the cleaning, she show us all the flammable debris that was removed. Much more than I had expected. 3. Walking tarps were placed to ensure there would be no dirt tracked on the rugs and hardwood floors. In addition, Tom for slip-on "booties" worn while working on the house. 4. Very good communications.. throughout the process. I received several email and phone communications in response to several questions I had about the inspection process. I was told that they are new owners and they will not honor any of the previous owners warranties. He then hung up on me!
