I found Anthony after reading all the good Yelp reviews and I am so glad I did. We recently saw that we were losing 2-3inches of pool water when running the filter, so we knew we had a serious issue. Despite being busy well into the evening, Anthony returned my call that night and, for a flat fee, arranged to come out and assess the situation. That fee was well worth it. Anthony checked all the systems, even scuba-ing up to check for leaks from our pop up return valves on the bottom. After hours of trouble-shooting, he zero'd in on our problem, a pipe leak under concrete near the spa. While this was serious, we were relieved it wasn't worse. Anthony gave us a quote to cut through the concrete, fix whatever pipes were broken and patch the concrete. Given how good we felt about Anthony's hard work ethic, attitude and experience, we asked him to return to complete the repair the following week. Upon returning, he was able to fix the rupture in less time than he thought, thereby charging us $300 less than we agreed on. We highly recommend Anthony. Absolutely superb! We tried 3 other leak detection experts but only Anthony used scuba diving equipment and video probes through the pipes. Called Anthony to schedule a leak inspection on our in-ground spa that is separate from our lap pool. When the appointment day came, Anthony was very thorough asking questions so he had a knowledge of our issues concerning the leak. Anthony did his inspection work and tested the lines to and from the spa to the filter. He also inspected the whole spa and finally found the culprit leak area around the equalizing lines (3) from the spa to the pool. Anthony is very dedicated with his work and strives to find the leak no matter what it takes. The cost of the service is well worth the money spent. I was able to do the repair work myself and it stopped the leak. I would recommend Anthony to all that needs a well qualified professional to do this type of work. I did my due diligence Yelp research and I've chosen Anthony because of his satisfied customers. Our pool started loosing massive amounts of water and I tried to tell myself that it was from the heat but I disregarded it till I received my DWP bill. I decided to call Tony and he came out (on time which I appreciate) and didn't charge an arm and a leg for the detection. He located the leak which was a crack in the pool. He stated he could repair the leak by cutting the plaster and concrete and redoing everything which would result in the best possible prevention of a leak or separation in the future. I received a quote from him and a couple other companies and in the end decided to use Tony to do the full repair as he had an outstanding price and his personality was definitely a plus as I want to trust the person in my backyard. After I had been told by two different pool companies that my swimming pool was not leaking, Anthony found not one, but two leaks, after spending just a couple of hours inspecting my pool. One repair he could do on the spot, which he promptly completed. The second repair was considerably more involved. Anthony gave me a detailed bid and did the work the following week. That repair involved cutting my deck and re-piping part of the main drain suction line. My deck has decorative tile, so I hated to have to cut into it, but Anthony did an excellent job of putting the concrete back. He saved the decorative tiles during demolition and re-used them. Further, during the course of making the repair, he was able to change the configuration of the pump, filter, and return lines, thereby greatly improving my set-up. Although he had not included all of those changes in his bid, he still made them and kept the cost of the project within his original price. Truly amazing. Finding contractors who are as conscientious, experienced, and capable as Anthony is extremely rare in Los Angeles. I wholeheartedly recommend Anthony. read more

We hired Anthony to detect and fix a leak in our backyard spa. At the time I contacted him, I had already had three other leak detection services work on our spa, and none of them were able to conclusively isolate the source of the leak. I was skeptical about whether I should invest in yet another leak detection attempt, but I decided to give Anthony a shot since he came with a good referral AND he guaranteed that he would find the leak (or I wouldn't have to pay). The prior leak detection guy I hired had said that he was 100% sure the leak was somewhere in the suction line, but Anthony's expert sleuthing quickly ruled that out, and he then performed a variety of tests to identify a repair a leak near the main drain. Over the following days, Anthony periodically checked in with me to see if the spa was still losing water, and when I informed him that it was, he returned (free of charge) to do more tests, and he ended up finding another significant leak near the base of the skimmer. After fixing that leak, our problems are now solved and the tub finally retains it water. Throughout the process I was impressed with Anthony's communication skills, commitment to get the job done right, and vast array of high tech equipment. Several months ago we had water loss in our pool so after calling around we decided to go with Anthony because he had the right price range but was so courteous on the phone. He spent many hours here inspecting every possible leak using many various equipment. I was so pleased with his thorough work ethic. I'm a perfectionist so I appreciate this quality of work when I see it (hard to find these days). Afterward, he found the source of the problem and recommended which piece we can fix on our own to save some money. We needed his expertise to solve a valve issue though. Fast forward several months and the water level in our spa looked low so I called Anthony asking if he would check on it when he's in my area next. He called me back right away, arrived the next day, and spent another 4-5 hours inspecting every possible issue again. In the end it turned out it wasn't related to the fixtures or service he provided. But he was so happy to inspect it and help me to have a peace of mind. He didn't charge me at all for the follow up call. Anthony is an exceptional young man. I wish I could wave a magic wand and all service providers could follow Anthony's example. I was apprehensive to call Anthony back after I opted for a different pool plumber to repair the leaking pipes despite a 5 star review from me for his leak detection work (because I wanted to save every dollar I can on the repair). But I had to because after digging a 24"x18" hole around where Anthony had marked 'X', the pool plumber did not find where the leak was coming from although the exposed area showed an obvious leak. I worry that Anthony would not return my call or if he did, he would simply say he's not available until ????. In the meantime, I need to get this work completed asap as I'm losing a lot of water, and money to DWP. I called at about 2pm, but no answer (now I'm really worrying), so I left a message. At 3:30, he returned my call. I told him what had happened and he said he just finished work and will be on his way. In 30 minutes, he was in my house. Wow, that's amazing! He came to do warranty work, no charge, in such short notice! How do you sum up a guy like that? Reliable, trustworthy and superb customer service. Thank you so much Anthony! You saved my day.
