I'm a new first-time homeowner and our house came with a beautiful red cedar hot tub! Fidel is great and knows his stuff, he came out to diagnose our spa that was intermittently heating. He was honest when it came to the solution, instead of spending half as much trying to source and purchase one of the old parts to fix the issue he suggest retrofitting the spa with a new spa pack, top side and heater which cost a little more than the trying to source one of the old parts. Now with the new equipment which carries a warranty I can enjoy relaxing in my spa without worrying about additional parts failing. read more
