Over hated for a basic pedicure, didn't get design but still charged for a design and then they didn't shape my toes correctly and had to complain several times that they were crooked. For $132 was not worth it when I could've went to an artist and got the full treatment. Had a friend call and gave her a different price. Went to get a regular dip with tips set. Lumpy, wrong shape, wrong length and chipped all over. All the nails were not even to my nail, they're all sticking up. Nail tech had no idea what she was doing, don't even want to go back and get them redone, would rather just go anyway else to get them fixed. Major chop shop, don't waste your money. read more

Lily has been doing my nails for 10 years. She's the best. I trust her and she always does the best job. I was going on a trip and needed to get my nails done before I left, but Lily let me know she was going to be off but to call and make an appointment and let the owners know I didn't know who to see and they would set me up with someone good. I did call and I made an appointment and told the owner I wasn't sure who to see and I was told to come in and they'd take care of it, don't worry. I was appreciative. Friday I got there for my appointment and I don't think I was booked as an appointment. It was like I was coming in as a walk in and they just called some random nail tech from the back to do my manicure and pedicure. She did a terrible job. I have polish on my skin and my polish looks lumpy and uneven. She did a sloppy job on my cuticles and she was so messy and unorganized. Just a terrible job. I love Lily but it was a slap in the face to be a customer for so many years and get treated so poorly. Unfortunately I won't be getting my nails done here anymore. read more

I wish I had reviews before going. I got a mani/pedi and my hands are AWFUL. I'm getting about 3/4 hang nails per finger since this manicure. My hands are in pain. Nicole did my pedicure. The water was cold. I told her about it twice and didn't change the water which of course didn't change the temperature of the soak. She's not good at prepping before the polish. She didn't cleaned up the sides of nails nor cuticles. The polish application was horrendous and careless. DON'T get DIP nails here! I really liked this place at first because it is very pretty and they are very nice. However I got dip nails (on Aug 21) and each nail had hairline cracks on each finger after the first day and started gradually chipping away after that. Usually dip nails that I get with OPI last for three weeks without any cracks or chipping. The dip powder here is labeled Anthony Vince and it must be made differently. Due to my schedule I had to wait a week to come back for a touchup on Aug 28 - at 7 days. They redid the nails with the same color without charging me. However, Within 24 hours I had a hairline crack on a thumbnail and the rest soon followed with cracks of their own. By Wednesday the edges were chipping off again. The final pictures I shared were taken on Aug 4 when I got them completely taken off at another salon. I don't use a lot of hot water or do anything more strenuous then type on a keyboard for work so the only thing I can think of is that the powder itself was lacking in integrity. read more

I went in for gel polish change and the person they set me with did a very sloppy job. I kindly asked her to clean it up and they had an attitude and problem that I asked. it was polish all over my cuticles and on my skin so it was evident it was not a good job done. After the nail tech cleaned it up a little bit she just sat there and looked at me. She didn't even tell me she was finished. It was just a rude and unpleasant experience there. read more

I had the absolute WORST experience here when I came to get my nails done a few days before my wedding!! I told May, the nail tech, that I was the bride and had a very specific vision for my nails. She seemed to just rush the entire process. I also told her that naturally my hands are just very stiff and that I was sorry in advance. It's usually an issue for me when I get my nails done. She kept telling me in a rude manner to relax my hands. I kept having to apologize to her. Then when my hands continued to be stiff, she smacked my hands. I was just so shocked. I've never been treated like this before. I also have bad anxiety and struggle with picking at my nail beds, so my cuticles are dry and have many cuts. Usually at the end, the technicians put oil on my cuticles to help. I think she was so annoyed with me by the end, and she sprayed my cuticles with some type of alcohol that burned really bad. The whole experience was just awful. I left almost in tears, which is not the experience I wanted right before my wedding with my mom and sisters. She did an okay job on my nails, but she did not let me look at them most of the time while she was doing it. Some nails on my right hand are longer than the same nails on my left hand. She was too much in a rush to make sure they were even. And these are going to be my wedding nails so I wanted to make sure they were what I was paying for. She just seemed to view me as an inconvenience and got so verbally frustrated with me for being "too stiff" . The manager just said "we will put you with someone else next time." Additionally on pedi'a they rush? Nicole did mine today and she went so super fast, so frustrating because I know she was trying to get to next client. I am a paying customer too! Awful. Do not go here. Walked in and was told to pick out a color, so walked over and went to look through the colors. Some old lady some up to me and says she's ready and I said oh I haven't picked a color yet give me just a second. She is fussing at me to just grab one and go. So I put them down and she pushes me out of the way and grabs a handful of colors. When I follow her to the seat she throws them down and said PICK. So I picked one to hurry because she wouldn't let me looks. I hate the color and she was so rude. When I picked a color she would no stop telling me to get a pedicure. I told her no several times for her to just tell me "it's only $32" "it's only $32" I just ignored her at that point because I don't know how many times I could tell her no. She didn't talk to me about any of my wants. I sat down and she just starting filing a shape. Didn't ask or even try to get the shape I had on my nails before. Horrible Experience! I received gel manicure Saturday morning (10-28-23) by Saturday afternoon several nails were bubbling up and peeling. I called and spoke to the manger the same night and I was told to come back in to have my nails fixed. The next morning when I arrived I showed the owner/manger my nails and recalled our phone call. My nails were examined and I was told that it was caused by the particular gel machine that was used and the UV light. After waiting for a while I realized there were waiting for the nail tech to verify my story and that he had done my nails. i understand the need for verification but it could've easily been done by my time and date stamp receipt. After given the all clear to be able to have my nails fixed I was given a nail tech named Lynn. Lynn never spoke to me, she only asked what color I had. When she started to dry my nails she begin to give me a speech on how I need to properly position my nails so they can dry insinuating I was the reason my nails messed up. Lynn grabbed and pulled my hand serval times while doing my nails. the nail equipment at Anthony Vince is extremely old and ran down and that may be the cause of the inconsistent drying . The first machine they used was in two pieces and the nail tech had to hold it together. The second machine the UV light flashed the entire time. Long story short I will never be back! read more

Terrible! I have been coming here for years. The last few times everything has been going downhill. Painting half a toenail etc. however I was there today and the lady I got-Lisa literally took chunks of skin out of my toe. Its was so painful. I was bleeding in several spots and she took out chunks of skin. I think she was trying to do cuticles but omg it makes me never want to go back. I'm at home now and my toes ache and are so sore. Correction as the story has changed to why I was charged an additional $5 for the salon to remove the gel polish they put on me by mistake. I guess I was supposed to spend additional time finding the manager after I had to spend 30 additional minutes for them to correct the mistake they made and then ultimately charged me for. Needless to say, my friend received a full dip manicure including nail tips and her total was cheaper than my dip polish only -- shady. When the salon messed up the first time an apology should have been made and should have been discounted instead of charged the mistake made by the salon. So, maybe I was not overcharged. I just had to pay the salon for the salon screwing up and adding an additional 30 minutes to my time there. Makes perfect sense. P.S.- It has been 5 days since my manicure and 1 nail has chipped, 4 nails are cracked. This is odd because I do not work manual labor and this $45 manicure is not holding up. Full disclosure, the corporate office has stated I can go back to the salon and get the $5 I was overcharged. read more

I figured my first experience was just a fluke, so I decided to give them a try again. Worst mistake ever! I believe it was close to $50 to have dip put on my nails, just to last less than 24 HOURS. Not just one nail chipped. 4 nails were chipped within 2 days of getting dip put on. Not to mention both times I received a pedicure, the person rushed through it and did not spend any time actually messaging my foot/leg. I usually come here for gel nails. Decided to try dip recently (I usually only go to ONE place for dip but decided to try here this time) and it was a big mistake. After TWO days, I had hairline cracks in 4-5 nails. After 9 days, they almost all started chipping badly. After 14 days all but two nails have cracks or are completely chipped off. (5 are chipped). The salon I usually go to for dip, I've had last 4-5 weeks with absolutely zero chipping. Yes, they would need to be redone for growth purposes but I had a situation out of my control where I wasn't able to make it in for a while to have them redone. I was shocked with how long another salons lasted. I will not get dip here again. However, the gel is fine at this salon. Actually lasts much longer than the dip ironically. read more

I have never complained about anything but I will never come back here I went there on Sunday to get my nails done and the lady I had name was May and she was terrible she told me not to watch her do my nails and kept smacking my hand even though I was as relaxed and possible. I usually get my nails short but never too short. I'm not a kid but I'm young and when I went to talk to the manger about this she told me my nail beds probably look terrible and that it's shocking they could even do it. I have always had a great experience here. However, someone else at this business did my nails last time and I did not get a good result. They were breaking within days. When I went in to ask for a repair, I was told I had to wait for the same person that did my nails, and that they could not set me an appointment time to come back since they were such a long wait. I understand having the same person do the nails since they were the one that did the mistake however, not being able to set an appointment was very frustrating. I feel that that puts the customer at a disadvantage and the place of business and person who did my has the advantage. That does not feel like a customers first attitude. She cleaned my cuticles AFTER the dipping powder was already on- scratching up the ended powder on my nails. When I had brought it to her attention she tried putting on a top coat to "smooth" it out, which made it worse. Next nail technician put on four layers of dip powder FOUR. When I pointed out what needed to be fixed she would get very defensive as if it wasn't her fault. It made no sense. Both my moms nails and my nails look like shit. My pinky nail has a hair in it that she just painted over, my thumb nail is completely painted crooked, and she didn't even bother to put an oil on my nails after. Short hair with glasses is who did my nails. And the women doing my moms nails had short hair in a bun and was talking about her 17 year old son. Didn't get either of their names.
