I visited here twice and was pretty disappointed both times. The first time the staff was rude and didn't seem to know what they were doing during the pedicure, the manager had to come over and re do my pedi after the First Lady did it because she didn't do a good job. The First Lady was very rude to me and didn't apologize or anything. The second time I had an appt and my pedicure wasn't actually started until 55 mins after my appt time. I walked into this nail salon and politely asked if they had availability for a walk-in fill and they told me yes it would be 30 mins. So They called me when I was ready. I come back and wait an additional 30 minutes to be taken care of. The man who proceeded to do my nails was going to charge me $30 for a fill with regular polish..... while he was filing off my gel for an "additional $5," he got out of his seat 5 times to talk to people. This man "forgot" about a client he had and started doing her nails 2 seats away from me. I asked if someone else was going to finish my nails and he said he was... at that point my nails were only filed down. I finally got up and left. He also was asking me about other nail salons: prices, locations. This business wasted my time when they could've just told me they had no availability. Patrons must wear a mask and wash hands upon entry for Covid (which I'm fine with) but then witnessed the manager (owner?) pull his mask down to sneeze without covering his nose or mouth! If I could them a zero star I would. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! First of all, they don't follow the Covid-19 requirements that are set by the CDC. There is no social distancing between the nail tech works and clients. When I was there the staff was either not wearing a mask. I saw maybe two employees had masks on but they were wearing them incorrectly. and for the few that were, they were wearing them incorrectly. I have had to call them on numerous accounts to schedule an appointment for the services that I wanted to be done. When I got to the salon the "manager" started arguing with me about the services that I wanted. The technicians are very rude!!!!! When I went to check-in for my appointment the nail technician left me sitting with my hands in 100% acetone for over an hr!!!!!!! I finally got really annoyed and when I asked the manager to find the lady that was doing my nails to come and check to see if they had come off. Little did I know the reason why she was nowhere to be found was that she was doing 3 other clients' manicures and pedicures when she was supposed to be doing my nails. When she FINALLY DECIDED to come back she was more focused on talking to the other employees than paying attention to what she was doing to my skin!!!!!! All of the staff speak Chinese and have very limited English. I had to tell my technician ten times what services I wanted. My technician and the manager both tried telling me that they don't offer the services that I wanted even though I called and spoke to the same manager two days before and she said not a problem. The salon made me feel like I was at a frat party!!!!! All of them were way more concerned about talking to each other than paying attention to the clients!!!!!!!! The lady cut me multiple times when she was using the electric files and tools to do acrylic nails on me. On my way out the door, my mom noticed that my hands were all bright red and scaly. When I went back into the salon to show my tech and the manager both of them said that my hands were like that when I walked in. They didn't want to acknowledge that my hands were not like that when I showed up and it was from me soaking my hands in acetone for over an hour!!!!!!!!!! I was there for over 3 HRS!!!! For the services that I needed everything should have been done within an hour and a half. Most of the time that I spent there was looking for my technicians to come over. bought a gift card and asked the manager if I could leave a tip using the gift card and they said yes. After I paid my bill I told the tech to keep whatever was left on the card as her tip. The manager was upfront standing and very rudely interrupted and said MAM WE CAN'T TAKE TIPS FROM A GIFT CARD IT HAS TO BE CASH!!!!!!!!! I felt so bad because I didn't have any cash on me so I told the lady that I would schedule another appointment with her and I would tip her for this appointment and the last one. WHEN I CAME TO HER STATION TO PAY HER SHE GRAB THE CASH OUT OF MY HAND AND STUFFED IT DOWN HER SHIRT. DIDN'T EVEN SAY THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!! This nail spa is amazing. I came in with my mom for pedicures. We didn't have an appointment, and were seen right away. Their color selection is second to none! My mom was very happy with how well they cut and shaped her nails, as was I! Didn't even know that Anthony Vice was there. When I got there it was 45 minutes until AV was going to close. The lady assured me it's alright. I felt horrible for going so late. Leo did my gel nails and did an awesome job; I like my nails short and he did exactly as I asked And was very quick as well. I would give him 5 stars! I then got a pedicure by someone else which I was not impressed by. I got the V.A. Spa Pedicure which was $48; the massage was terrible and my feet do not feel anywhere near as soft or smooth as when I've gone to other places and received their base pedicure. To sum up, I loved my full set but was not at all impressed by the pedicure. I will go back to have my nails filled but will not likely get another pedicure. Super disappointed. My friend and I made an appointment for 6 pm for two pedicures. We arrived and picked our colors and were taken back to two chairs side by side. My friend immediately had her pedicure started and 35 minutes later another girl came to do mine.. no one said anything to acknowledge the insane time gap. my friend was already done by the time mine started so she sat there for another hour with me which was so awkward. We both have gotten the A.V pedicure at another location and it was amazing. Here we both received a diff pedi than the other and both of which were not the described AV. Why did we bother making an appointment only to have one of us wait over 30 minutes to be started? Wasted over an hour going back-and-forth from my house to the shop so for them to try and CHARGE me to damaged my nails because they can't get their shit together. Very unprofessional, unpleasant and lazy. Kathy did not want to bother removing my gel polish with acetone and a cuticle pusher so she just filed it off with the drill. My nails ended up like paper. Even with gel polish my nails were bending when I typed or scratched an itch. I had to cut them off. A month later I went back because my husband gave me a gift card. Another unpleasant woman insisted on removing the clear gel I had left with a drill. No, she said. I know how to do it right. Well my nails are already so thin that the drill felt like it burned my nail bed. I flew out of my seat in pain and just left. A absolute joke. Went in to get a fill. Waited 30 minutes after my appointment before I was seated. Then while getting my nails done the woman was extremely rough. I have been here 3 times to get the dip powder. The first time, Leo did it and the top coat started peeling up within a week. I didn't have time to come back in and have it fixed, so I dealt with it. I decided to give it another try and got the dip powder again. Dan did it that time and they turned out fantastic! The third time I came back for another dip set, Leo did them again. They looked great at first, but the top coat peeled again by day 9. He also told me that they don't charge extra to remove old dip if you get the dip reapplied. Not only did I get charged for the dip removal, but also for a manicure, even though I didn't ask for one and did not receive one. In retrospect, I wish I would've spoken up and said something, but the salon was busy and I didn't notice the pricing was incorrect until I compared it to my friend's bill that same day (for the same exact service). I really don't have the extra time to go back and forth to the salon when my top coat peels up, especially when I'm already paying at least $50 to have the dip done in the 1st place. The peeling topcoat only seemed only to happen when Leo did my nails. Other than that and being overcharged, I've had a good experience at the salon for dip and pedicures. read more

I made an appointment to try acrylics with an almond shape to try something different. I was excited and nervous but X made the experience so relaxing and fun! He made sure the length, thickness and style was what I wanted and took his time making sure they were perfect. I've been to a lot of nail salons trying to find one I really felt comfortable in and that were nice and friendly. It was a great experience and is a hidden gem. Just had the worst service of any nail salon I've visited. Went with 2 friends. We had appointments. The three of us were seated in the chairs for our pedicures. My friends pedicures started. I waited 10-15 minutes for my nail tech. So now I'm behind on progress. The girl didn't speak (and was American). I reminded her 3 times she needed to soak off my gel finger nail polish. I'm behind in progress so my friends move on to their manicures and I'm left alone. Finally move to my manicure and my friends are nearly done. My Tech then disappeared. My friends are done. Finally I go to the manager and tell him forget the manicure, my tech disappeared and my friends are done. He tells me that she doesn't do gel polish. What?! No one told me this. I'm sitting there waiting. Then he tells me she's having a bad day, etc. I sympathize if this girl is going through something but there's no excuse for lack of communication. My friends were not happy with their mani/pedis. My friends nail polish started peeling on the way home. This salon lost 3 customers today and a few potential as we've told our friends and family to go elsewhere. I left with no manicure and a $5 off coupon. Ridiculous. read more

Went with a friend today for the fist time. I'm embarrassed to even post a photo of what my nails look like. I got my pedicure about 6 hours ago and it's already chipping (regular polish). There is polish all over my skin, and half of the actual nail doesn't have polish on it. The nail tech did the pedi in under 10 minutes. It was extremely rushed and not a relaxing experience. I came here with a friend of mine today to get a full set of acrylics, I booked an appointment for 5pm a couple days ago just to make sure we would be able to get our nails done today. Service was horrible. We were not greeted at all when we came in, I told the lady at the front desk I made an appointment a few days ago and she just told me to sign in so we did, we waited for an hour and twenty minutes. NOBODY asked us if we have been helped yet or anything they all just stared at us until about a half hour before we were taken back to get our nails done, a lady apologized for our wait. We finally went back to get our nails done and I felt rushed. Leo did our nails and he sent off my friend before her nails were even fully dried so they ended up getting messed up on the car ride home, my nails are A LOT shorter than he cut them and they are super thick. He was also super aggressive when filing my nails and moving my hand around. I felt like he just wanted us out of there. Hours later now and my nails hurt so bad around the edges and if they continue to hurt I'm just going to get them taken off. Totally not worth the $70 just for my nails, I will be going back to lavish beauty lounge in Medina from now on. read more

Well my husband & I went in first time for pedis today .. the girl I had was so very quiet not even said 5 words to me .. the I was all done I get in the car we leave I noticed the whole side of the bottom of my heel was so dam rough like she missed it when she smoothed it out and then look and one set of my design isn't good and still had extra polish left corner of my toe and we paid $40 for this well least my husbands was a great gal very sweet m good at her job she should of gotten both the tips .. UPDATE: I had been going to this salon since they opened. Clearly, as you can see from my review below, I was a fan... previously rated them 5 stars. Before today, the last time I had gotten my nails done was Easter weekend, 3 weeks ago like usual. When I called this week to make an appointment I was told Veronica did not work there anymore. I decided to still go in because the location was convenient. I recognized very few people working aside from the manager and got my nails done by Leo. I've got to admit, my nails look okay. It is too early to tell how long they will last. However, it is my experience that irritated me enough to change my review. I felt unwelcome. Leo accused me of making up a color of SNS that they didn't have although it's a color I had gotten several times before. I picked a new color after he couldn't find it-- not a huge deal. His technique is really rough and when his drill began to burn the tips of my fingers, I flinched and he said, "oh well you want them too short." Excuse me? Then after he asked me if the nail shape was okay and I told him that it wasn't what I asked for he then said, "okay okay calm down." Calm down? I didn't know that *calmly* telling you I didn't like how you had shaped my nails was unreasonable. Leo and I continued to awkwardly exist for the remainder of the appointment as he jostled my hands about, banged into my fingers roughly with his brush, and made comments about how tired I looked. It was just unpleasant. Then as I was checking out I was shocked when he said my total was $5 more than I usually pay for the SNS and I didn't even get a manicure this time. The bottom line is that I get my nails done to relax and "treat myself" every couple of weeks. I am not paying $50.45 every 3 weeks to feel stressed, unwelcome, and to be told to "calm down" just for asking to have my nails shaped how I like them and always used to get them.
