Right as they unlocked the doors i was introduced to a world of enchantment. The interior is fit for a queen (or king). Gold and marble, classic paintings and royal draperies. It was spot clean inside, smelled good, and didnt reek of acrylic or polish. I was seated right away, offered a bottle of water and then a man named "X" came to my rescue. I had been in dire need of a new set and he got right to it. He was very personable and nice, which is a nice change from the usual "let me do your nails and not talk" people ive come across in cleveland. He left my hands feeling refreshed and beautiful. My second experience was the other day, i went back for a fill on a thursday at 3pm and sur enough X remembered me and seated me right away with no appointment. I had a vision of what i wanted in my head and he tweaked it with his talent and i am beyond pleased with my final result. Very disappointed, will not be returning. Manicure was very rushed and sloppy. Mimi was very rough with my hands. Never made eye contact or spoke to me, and cut the skin around my nails twice. My nails looked better when I came in than after I left. They look fine from far away but there are imperfections in every nail when closely looked at. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but this place deserves it. My initial thought of this place was that it looked really nice , but the service I received was just horrendous. The lady that took care of me was soooo rude. she kept getting in the middle of my pedicure service ( which I even upgraded) up and picking up her phone and other things with her gloved on and then continued to work on my feet without charging her gloves made me very uncomfortable since she seemed very sick. she was so rough on my feet I had little scratches on my legs. the nail polish on my toes looked awful and patchy. when paying she tossed my card on the counter and walked away from me before I could even tip. me and my friend went back to the car and both agreed that both of our services were so bad that we shouldn't have had to pay but I just didn't want to be there another second! I've came here before and have had no problems. Recently I went and I had gel on before, when the guy went to remove it, he filed my nails PAPER thin. (I am also a nail tech) he was constantly burning me and ignored me when I would tell him.. I just went back to my regular nail salon and all but 2 of my toe nails have severe burns and damage to them. I highly do not recommend this spot if you've never been here before or make sure you have someone experienced. read more

I was very disappointed. I've been wanting to try this place for a while because of how pretty it is on the inside but that is about all that place has going for it. I mean don't get me wrong, it's clean in there and pretty but it is way overpriced, I had freezing cold pedicure water and I had to ask 3 times for warmer water and it still wasn't even warm. I had to take my foot out she wasn't working on because I couldn't stand keeping it in the freezing water anymore. And the water didn't just go cold bc I was there awhile. She filled it up with freezing water, and I did say something right away, about it being way way too cold, and I left with cracked dry heels still and nail glue all over my hands. I paid 100 dollars and I was just so unhappy with how my nails and feet looked. Like I almost need to go somewhere else and have them fix my nails... that was seriously the worst pedicure I ever received in my entire life and I've been getting pedicures twice a month for the last decade... I mean I shouldn't pay 60 dollars for a full set of nails and then have to go home and pick off glue off all my fingers. read more

If you want To pay and get insulted come here. I paid $23 for regular manicure and got mocked, yelled at, and felt like shit. The lady who did my nails her name is Sasha. She first started by not welcoming me, she then got her AirPods out and opened YouTube VIDEOS not even songs and she start watching while doing my nails. She then was about to do the massage part of the routine and she was looking away like she hated being where she is. I was just looking at what she is doing, she then posed and asked "am I hurting you?" I said no "I am enjoying it" I was trying to be nice. She then MOCKED MY FACE And VOICE saying that I was lying and was not enjoying it. She then proceeds to the polishing part when she was done, she only used her index to point where I should put my hands for the polish to dry ( knowing I have never been to this place before, and I don't know what they use and how, and this girl knows to speak but she chose not and only pointed with her finger) it took me a minute to understand what she wants me to do. After I did one of my nails got messed up, I told her to fix it, she YELLED AT ME SHE YELLLLLLED. Saying that I should be careful and I can't do that ( and I so regret not stopping her but I honestly was shock to my core of how is this even possible, like is this some kind of a prank or what's going on) after she was feed up with me ( like I am a piece of shit to her) she got up and came to stand behind my back she reached to my lap and grabbed my phone, and then took a my Apple Watch, my bag and left. WITHOUT TELLING ME WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON, I had to ask like hello am here what is happening, she said "you need to get up, and sit over there" I WAS AND STILL AM SHOCKED OF THE ATTITUDE AND WHY, HOW, AND WTH?? I called they had me come in the guy repaired my nails. The guy that was at the front desk was kind of insulting and goes to me when you stick your hands in the UV light you need to make sure that your thumbs get cured. I looked at him I said I've been getting my nails done for a long time I have never had this issue. Kind of insulting. I was getting my nails done and just getting glares from the other nail technicians. Not exactly welcoming. Another thing that I thought was kind of gross was there was a girl sitting at the station before me. They never even cleaned her martini glass up I'm sitting there inches away from this dirty glass which I know is not much but kind of disgusting to be looking at it as I'm getting my nails done. I don't even know if they sanitize the seat before I sat down. And of course I wake up the next day and my nails are chipping again. Save your money go somewhere else. read more

I went to get a mani pedi and full set. Dan did my pedi and was incredible however when I went to get my nails done, Leo blew through them. I didn't receive a manicure. He asked me to go wash my hands and without approval, took my card and charged me. I was not happy. Then come to find out he charged me for both a mani and full set. No manager will return my call. No manager available when I've called so I spent $100 to get a pedicure and full set. Be careful. If he is charging me for things and not doing them, I can only imagine how many other people this has happened to. Also disappointed that I lost out on so much money. Never again. I was immediately approached & given all of the info I had come in for & left w/ an appointment scheduled for the next day... I was impressed!!! This place completely exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere & stylish decor are unique for a salon, but what really makes it a great experience are the people working here. Everyone is so friendly & helpful & I felt completely comfortable here. The employee's really work well together as a team. I've already been back a few times for additional appts. & was hoping for the same exact experience as my first. Every time was just as good if not better. I have been having my nails done by X-Man who is absolutely the best nail tech I've ever had. He really takes his time doing a wonderful job & I never feel like it's rushed. I visited here twice and was pretty disappointed both times. The first time the staff was rude and didn't seem to know what they were doing during the pedicure, the manager had to come over and re do my pedi after the First Lady did it because she didn't do a good job. The First Lady was very rude to me and didn't apologize or anything. The second time I had an appt and my pedicure wasn't actually started until 55 mins after my appt time.
