I'm extremely disappointed with my experience here. While the atmosphere is nice and drinks are offered, the service itself did not justify the price or time. My gel manicure and gel pedicure took nearly three hours and cost $180. Within one week, multiple nails began chipping and lifting, despite choosing gel specifically to avoid this. The application was uneven, and the technician was dismissive and sarcastic throughout the service, which made the experience uncomfortable. For the price point and reputation of this salon, I expected quality work and professional treatment. I am a student and this was a significant expense for me. I believe compensation or correction is warranted, as this level of wear within a week is unacceptable for gel services. Photos are attached showing the condition of my nails exactly one week after the appointment. I'm thinking about coming in person to address this. read more

First time visiting this place. I made an appointment for gel mani and pedi and a princess mani and pedi for my daughter. Soon as went inside, we were greeted and were asked to check in. Once checked in, picked the colors and waited for few minutes for us to be called. The place was nice and clean. The staffs were friendly. Loved my gel mani and my daughter really liked her mani and pedi. Price wise, I thought that they are reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this place and will visit again soon. read more

My nails look great, and the girl doing my nails was nice. I looked at two colors and really wanted to try both to see what i enjoyed better and she was really nice about it. In the middle of the service, this other woman rushes over to where i am, looks at me and says are you done with the color? i was trying to remember what other color i decided to try on, and in the middle of me trying to read it she storms off looking annoyed because it took me two seconds to look. then she comes back and says "you done?" then storms off yanking it away! it was honestly rude and changed my mood for the rest of the time. then the girl doing my nails asked if she could cut my cuticles not communicating to me i would be charged an additional $10. then on top of that i asked if it was okay to file the nail into more of a pointy almond. my nail shape was already the same = almond. she didn't communicate to me that she would be charging me an additional $5 on top of that. I don't mind paying the extra money... but please communicate to your customer when you're charging them extra on a service! I was anticipating $60, not $75 when i was paying! Overall the nails look fine, but they do not tell you until the END of service when they're charging additional fees! Also, that other lady was so rude! I got a dip manicure with tips. It was the best dip manicure I've ever gotten! I was visiting from Chicago. The inside is gorgeous, and they have a bar to offer drinks if you'd like to buy. Colors: sooooo many colors for dip, gel etc! Application: the best dip application I've ever gotten. It lasted over a month for me! It was so natural looking and not bumpy or chunky. Wait time: none! We set up an appointment and we showed up and we're seated after picking out our colors. Will be back every time I'm in the area Wish that we had something like this near us. read more

This salon is very close to my home and I used to come here...until they just couldn't get it right. It's pretty much "hit or miss." But their pricing is too high when you get that "miss!" I paid $70.00 for "Hard Gel" set. I've had these done at least 3 times. Twice at another salon and once here. And...they all did a great job. AND...they were all consistent on how they do it. However, this time, I don't know how to explain this, but (1)she appeared to be in a rush. (2)She asked if I wanted to have my cuticles done and I said yes. My hands never touched water and she did not use cuticle softener..she just cut the skin off on the sides of each finger...dry. (3)She did not fix the spots where the old gel was lifting off my nail. (4)I had pink nail polish on when I came in and when she was done, you can see it peeking thru the side of my nail under the new color. When I questioned her on how she applied the gel...she said that this is how she does it ‍. I can honestly say this is not the worse set of nails I ever paid for, but I can say these are the most money I ever paid for a horrible set. AND..I have to say, when she took only 40 minutes to complete these, they look every part of a rush job! I am looking for another nail salon now...Worthington, Lewis Center, Polaris, or Westerville area...if anyone can refer me. Greatly appreciate it. $70.00 FOR HARD GEL!!! EVERY time I go to any of their locations they screw something up. This review is specific to the Worthington location. Their service menus are outdated, so you'll be charged more than you agree to - TAKE A PICTURE OF THE MENU when you select your service and BE PREPARED TO REPEAT YOUR SELECTION 4-5 times to different staff as they will give you the AV Signature services otherwise then pretend there was a communication issue. If you don't already know, you cannot put your tip on the credit card with which you pay for the service - AV is too cheap to pay the 3% fee for their staff's tips so, bring cash or Venmo login if you're optimistic enough to think you'll get service you want to tip for. This particular time, my partner was in need of an upgraded pedicure. Since I generally care for my own feet, I opted for the basic "spa" pedicure as I really just wanted fresh polish for our holiday gathering the next day when I'd be in bare feet inside. I was asked at the sign in desk, which pedicure would you like? I was asked again while we waited 20 minutes...I was asked again when they sat us in the chairs...then again 15+ minutes later when my technician finally arrived. BUT SHE STILL PULLED OUT THE "cheese grater," which is for the upgraded services. I told her I wasn't getting that service then proceeded to ask her to cut my toenails STRAIGHT ACROSS only, as the last technician claimed I had an ingrown toenail and proceeded to cut the side of my big toenail OFF (I waited about two months to get my next pedicure as I coaxed it to grow back out correctly)! I bring up the last technician because that's who did my partner's pedicure- THANK GOD she didn't touch me again. FYI, I am a nurse, and if you don't know, ingrown toenails require SURGERY by a medical professional and are not diagnosed or treated by nail technicians using questionably disinfected tools. I did not have a problem before that last appointment. So the current technician proceeded to place the cuticle softener on my left foot, massage it in and trim the excess skin away quickly - I thought it was a little too quick as the product suggests you leave it on 60 seconds or more to do its job...however, she proceeded to start trimming the right foot cuticles without applying it at all, to which I asked, "aren't you going to use that on this foot?" She told me she already did, then after doing the 4th and 5th toes, squirted some on all five without rubbing it in. My biggest complaint, however, is that she got a big glob of hardened polish on my left big toe nail, and instead of wiping it off and starting over, she just kept trying to smooth it out with more polish to the point I knew there was no way it was going to dry. Since she didn't listen to me about the cuticle softener, I didn't expect her to redo to the policy either, so I left the flip flops on for FOUR HOURS when I got home- picture below of the chunky piece of polish that peeled off on its own in bed last night. Can't wait to go to my mom's with one jacked up big toe. I could have easily painted my own toenails for $50! The last time I visited, I showed my student ID for the 10% discount but they didn't apply it. show read more

My girlfriends have started a quarterly(ish) mani-pedi day with Anthony Vince as our location of choice. I'm normally a DIY spa kind of gal, so don't have a lot to compare to, but have enjoyed our experiences here! Check in is quick - note that we usually do make a reservation, and you can chose your nail color while you wait for the rest of your group. What is really nice about this spa is the arrangement. They have the pedicure stations in groups of 6, so if you go with a group, you get your own little "area" with 6 chairs and 6 technicians. The chairs are huge with built in massagers. There are several different options to select between for both manicure and pedicure. When you are finished, you can hang out for a while to let your polish dry and visit with your group. I hit the start massage button on my chair again and just relax. Please note that while the salon takes credit cards, you can't add a tip on your card - you need cash or Venmo to show some love to your technician. read more

This place is great! This is only my 2nd time getting my nails professionally done and my 1st time here, I don't regret it! Love how spacious the inside is, with a drink bar and comfy chairs to sit in. The interior design says it all, it doesn't feel like run down and everything was clean so you know you'll get treated well. I went with my mother and we both got dip manicures (I added extensions) and the ladies were very skilled at their job. Didn't have to wait long at all to get seated and got exactly what I wanted. Linh was very kind enough to add on French tips for me despite asking for them last minute. A bit pricey but affordable and would definitely recommend coming here we some friends, the atmosphere is a great place to sit and chat. I'm giving two stars only because they got me in within 5 minutes without an appointment and the tech was nice. But honestly this is the worst dip manicure I've ever received. Each fingernail is a different thickness, nails are cooked, and less than a week after getting my nails done there was a crack in one nail that ended up chipping off a day later. And the top part of the nails aren't appropriately filed down so they keep catching on things. I assume it's only a matter of time until they start chipping there as well. Typically my dip manicures last at least 3 weeks. For the price, I expected at least that. I tried going back to have them fix the chipped nail but there's a sign on the door that says they're closed until February without any explanation. The salon is clean and nice but I was not at all impressive with my nail service. read more

I love love love Anthony Vince. It took me a few months to figure out who was awesome at acrylic nails, and pedicures. My fav's are Katie & Wendy. They both do an amazing job. I like my nails square. And I mean like a sharp square. All the other technicians and other salons that I have been to always round the edges. I like what I like and these girls are the best. They each go back home to Vietnam for a few months but I've been lucky enough to get at least one of them. The salon itself is very nice. I used the Worthington salon. Right now unfortunately the Worthington salon is shut down. I'm not sure if that's going to be permanent or not. It's a HUGE bummer! My only option is to go to Easton or Dublin now. read more

Went with a group of friends as part of a bachelorette event this past Sunday (11/14). The check in process was quick, the staff was friendly and welcoming and the services provided for all were good, but not great. Technicalities: for the shaping of my nails, my tech was having difficulty understanding what I wanted. I had to keep pointing out the discrepancies b/w the shapes of the nails from (R) hand to (L). After a few attempts, I just asked for the nail file, and shaped them myself :/ This is why I took out one star. Color application/other details: was very good!! He paid attention to the corners and layered the color very well. He didn't let the color bleed onto my skin, which I was very happy about because that happens a lot with how short I keep my nails. He also didn't skimp on the massage. Service: Friendly, warm and inviting! Everyone was wearing their masks properly which is a big plus for me. Would I return? yes. besides the nail shaping issue, everything else was very good, so I would give them another shot. read more
