Went to this nail salon for the first time today and I had a really great experience. I saw Lynn for a gel mani and pedi. She was wonderful to chat with. She is very good at what she does! She made me feel very comfortable and she did a beautiful job with my nails and my skin. I would recommend her to anyone, and I plan to return to see her again in the future. As for the salon itself, it is quiet and comfortable. They had a few different TVs on and they had music playing in the background. The pedicure chairs had a massaging function, which was kind of cool. It looked very clean and well-maintained. What I loved was that they had me wash my hands prior - and the hand washing station had clean towels as well as clean brushes for clients to brush under the nails before the manicure service. Also, they used a bag for the pedicure tub. That shows me that they care about hygiene, which is very important. Excellent place to visit and would highly recommend to anyone! read more

Customer service was 10/10 (Lynn will forever be my nail technician). Nails was 10/10 (zero imperfections that bothered me or was visible, I'm very picky to ). The vibe is as 10/10. I had been looking for a new place to get my nails done in Columbus for a while and decided to try this place out after reading all the good reviews. I saw Lynn for an acrylic balance the first time I went and she was so kind and paid such close attention to detail. I later decided to remove my acrylics and get a gel manicure and Lynn was so careful with the entire process and even gave me extra layers of polish to make sure my nails stayed strong after having my acrylics removed. I have had acrylics on and off for years and my nails are always so damaged after removing them, but Lynn did such an amazing job I felt that my nails were barely damaged. The prices are very reasonable for acrylics and gel services, I felt the dip prices were a little high but I don't typically get dip so if doesn't effect me. You can also tell that they use all new or sanitized products which gives me peace of mind knowing how clean everything is! They use the vagaro app to schedule appointments which makes booking very easy and everyone in the salon is always timely and kind. My nails look great after every gel manicure and barely even chip. My nails after two weeks still look almost new!! read more

Finally found my new nail salon! I've been trying nail salons around the Hilliard area since I moved here about a year ago. Every one had something about it I didn't love. However, my experience at The Pearl Nail Studio was perfect! I walked in without an appointment and they were able to get me in right away for a gel mani. Although this worked for me, I would recommend making an appointment. I guess it's pretty easy, you can do it online. They had tons of great colors to choose from. I chose a bright coral-ish color for our upcoming honeymoon :) The equipment and salon were clean and sanitary. She did a great job shaping my nails and cutting back the cuticle. I gave three stars because the girl who did my nails was really nice and fun to talk with. However the dip on my fingernails lasted less than two weeks. I am not hard on my nails so I was very surprised when they chipped off on all my fingers. I have had dip at another salon and never once had an issue so I know dip should not have done this. read more

I HIGHLY recommend The Pearl Nail Studio! I've had my nails done there a few times now and each time was a wonderful experience. Most recently, I had an acrylic balance with gel polish done by Lida and she did AMAZING. She kept doing things most nail techs don't usually do. She filed and buffed them down so they aren't super thick which I LOVE and she even took the sander tool (whatever it's called) and got all the old gunky polish and stuff from underneath. We are remodeling our house and my nails were suuuper rough but she was so thorough and got them looking killer again. All of the nail techs there are wonderful, but I'll be booking Lida for my next appointment because I love her style. read more

I have had pedicures done twice a month for almost 8 years. I have never come across one that has been this nice. They got me in pretty quick! Five minute wait tops. The massage was amazing. My feet have literally never been this soft. Was out in less than an hour. Absolutely perfect polish. I highly recommend this salon for all of your mani-pedi needs!!! *note* I had my son step on my toe and went back to have it fixed even slammed they got me right up and fixed it. Im not sure if I left completely satisfied. I just moved to Hilliard and have been looking for a new place to get my nails done. I went for a pedicure, it was a nice experience. The lady was really nice and polite. The place looks clean and well kept. But I was hoping for my feet to end up smoother (like it usually does when I get a pedicure). It wasn't a deep pedicure in getting all the dry dead skin and callousness removed as I expected. My second visit went smashingly. I made an appointment for a mani/pedi in preparation for my beach vacation. Alexis H. attended to both my services. She was fun and professional. When she started my French manicure and I mentioned vacation, she asked if I wanted to upgrade to a gel polish because it would last longer (up to 3 weeks). I hestitated because that has always seemed so high maintenance, but then agreed. I'm glad I did, because over a week later my nails still look great. She is a very friendly and lovely person, who greeted me with a smile and a handshake. I was very impressed, she did an amazing job! I will definitely be going back again and requesting her services. Been researching for quiet some time for the best place to get my nails done for my upcoming vacation. I'm a nail biter and I went in to even ask if they could even do anything with my nubs lol. I usually get acrylics but the lady I met with suggest the Dip Powder. I'm usually up for trying something new so I said sure why not. Lilly was my nail tech and she was such a sweet woman. I even arrived 45 min early for my appt (wanted to see if they could even do them before I messed around until 2 since I had other errands to run anyway) Long story short, I'm so glad I did the dip powder and I'm even more glad I chose this place after moving to the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this nail studio. ESP if you are a nail biter like me, they excessed my expectations. Only bummer is they charge extra for extensions but for the personable service I received today. I loved the appointment-making process. It was super simple to be able to reserve online, then go in and know my tech would be ready. He was super friendly, but my nails are already lifting. I paid $59 plus tip for a manicure and a dip powder set, and it's only been a week. That should not be happening. The nails are not holding up well at all, and they've barely grown out but the edges are super uneven and just bad. I wish I could get a refund. Came here for a manicure for my niece who turned 6. So glad they had a service for the little ones, every other place wanted to charge adult price for a polish.
