I was in dire need of an air quality test due to a carpet company refusing to take up the carpet they had previously laid in order to put down new flooring. The carpet company demanded an air quality test because they claimed my tiles may have contaminated the air in my apartment, since this is an old building and there is asbestos in the underlying tiles, which are all intact. So, I called Mr. Nosa in desperation and he reassured me that the job could be done the same day, if needed. Only because the carpet company had to be informed, I waited until two days later and asked Mr. Nosa if he could come to do the job. He immediately said he could come at any time that was convenient for me. He arrived at my door that evening and I was pleasantly surprised to meet such a genuine and caring young man. He explained everything to me that he had to do and gave me a discount since I had been going through so much with the carpet company. He was in and out in half an hour and by the next day, he e-mailed a copy of the clean air certificate, along with a copy of his license and the receipt.
