Konneh, Julian, and Fernanda did an amazing job of decluttering and cleaning my apartment. The service was expensive but my apartment was such a drastic case it feels great to get it back. They helped me sort out things to keep and things to throw out, I still have to organize a lot of things but I can do that on my own time and can give away things that I kept for that purpose. Home Clean Home didn't clean the stove or the dishwasher. They left broken glass and dirt on the floors. They broke half the curtains in my house and now I can't close them. Home Clean Home also left infestations of fleas, lice, and bed bugs in my home. Home Clean Home even stole my substance control medication! I found a bag of clothing that did not belong to me, but my missing medications were in the pockets of all the clothing. The bottles were empty. The fact that they were substance control medications makes what they did a crime. There was also definitely a jiz stain on one of their sweaters. That Home Clean Home assault review is true. As a paying client I was ignored, cleaned and robbed under the guise of how I supposed to be a mentally sick incompetent hoarder. Their work was devastating and criminal. The bathroom is now readied for public use. There is hardly any evidence of personal use. Shelves and cabinets are empty. A great company that does amazing work. At a day's notice, they helped us with a very difficult situation with dignity, professionalism and respect. In two days, they had the entire contents of a 2 bedroom apartment emptied out and the entire apartment cleaned until it shined. In two days, we went from a hoarder-type situation to a clean, empty apartment that is ready for rental by the landlord. Communication from the office and workers was spectacular and the workers proved themselves to be amazingly honest as they texted me when they found valuables in the apartment. I discovered Home Clean Home a several years ago and never looked back. They offer not only a cleaning service which we use bi-weekly but also a Passover cleaning service. The cleaning service is very friendly, reasonably priced and they do good work. The Passover cleaning takes it to an entirely different level, as it should. I recently employed HCM to clean my 450 sq. ft. studio apartment, which had not be touched for almost 40 years. Eric the site manager came around promptly and gave me a reasonable estimate of time and expense. Due to the peculiar requirements of the Clifton House Cooperative certificates of Insurance delayed the initial start of the project and wasted at least two days of just half day efforts. while they were being acquired, I am a tenant in what is otherwise a coop building. We finally were able to put in 3 good solid days of cleaning and made real progress. It was somewhat of a hoarder situation. The team of workers included Jake, Baby, Yves, Trevor and Kay and they full staffed the first full day and Jake and Baby finished up. They were required to work in Hot and Close conditions even though an air conditioner was delivered and could not be installed for insurance certification issues. They have now finished their job and it is now up to me to organize and put things away. It is a great feeling to get this monkey of my back and and to make sure that I don't accumulate another 40 years of stuff. They've done their job and now it's up to me.
