So far, I have nothing but good things to say- that being said the job has not yet been completed - it is scheduled for later this month. I will say that in prepping my mothers house for complete clear out after 45 years, many children and grandchildren later, it will be a job and then some! I interviewed three separate companies for this, as it's a big job and I wanted to give my mom the choice of who to hire. Out of the three Louis stood out far beyond his competition. We have no idea what treasures lie buried in the corners but I really feel confident based on our lengthy discussions (prior to even hiring them) that champion was far and away the best choice. Mom has *lots* of *stuff*. Tons of junk but also who knows what else. The detail and personal customization of the job ahead (willing to work one on one, leave marked items to use to stage the home or until someone can get there to take, or come back after house sells (??!! Yay!) and pick up what's left- I was really impressed. Louis and his team are utter professionals. My aunt had an apt in Bayonne, NJ and had passed away. I was referred to his cleanout services by an employee at her apt complex. I always think referrals are the best way to go, so I enlisted his services. Was not disappointed. Louis visited the apt within the week that I contacted him to provide me a cost estimate. Although it was several weeks since his estimate that I was actually in a position to enlist his services, he kept in contact and kept his word on the estimate. He told me that if I was able to sell some of the furniture he would knock the estimate down a few hundred, and he was true to his word. His team that came out to perform the work was prompt, courteous, and respectful. His team's attitude and demeanor not only speaks to the professionalism of these employees specifically, but also speaks to his leadership and attitude to his employees in general. August 3, 2015 I have used the services of Champion Waste Removal twice already and both times I was very satisfied. Louis is the owner and Gerald is his second in command. A crew of three men with Gerald in command came to my house. There is nothing that you want them to do that they can not do. My father had five tall heavy metal machinery, an old refrigerator and an old kitchen sink among other things that had to be removed from the cellar. It was not an easy job but it got done. My mother had a lot of items in the attic I never got to go through. I asked the men to show me the contents of the boxes before throwing them away. They did everything with such compassion for me. Everything they did was in a respectful and caring way. Everyone I spoke to was helpful with whatever I needed. I tell everyone I come into contact with about them. When I call Louis he knows exactly who I am. It is like I am an old friend. I've used Champion Waste Removal dating back to the early 2000's on several occassions. They are far from being a fly by night company. A great local company, rooted in the community that provides services to the surrounding areas. I reached out prior, to coordinate a date and time. Most recently, 6/3/2020 they came to remove detachable shelvings from the basement, a plethora of old half used paint cans, metal bed frame from Ikea, and general junk from the basement and the garage. They seem to take almost anything. The guys showed up during the pandemic, and they were is full protective gear. They were prompt, courteous, responsive to directions, and friendly. This is the best company to meet your organizational needs at home, I highly recommend this company. The starting price is beyond reasonable and a lot better than the other major brand. My father had sold his house in West Orange so I started looking into dumpsters to throw out all the junk and old furniture. I spoke with Mark at Mauriello Disposal and he had refered me to his brother Louis, if we decided we did not need a dumpster. When I spoke with Louis he was a wealth of knowledge and very considerate. I explained our situation and he was kind enough to come over and meet with us at the house to explain the process and pricing. He even referred us to a store owner from Montclair that came over and bought a bunch of stuff. We had set up a tenative date but were fortunate enough to find charities and friends that were able to come and pick up everything. This will be my first review but I felt it it was more than necessary that I expressed my gratitude to Louis and his team. We had a lot of stuff to get rid of, and in a very difficult location to do so on a one way street in Clifton. Not only was Louis accommodating, understanding and professional, but a job that I thought would cost a small fortune, and be difficult to accomplish, could have not have gone smoother from start to finish. My basement was cluttered with many years worth of stored items. Some water got in and ruined a lot of what was there. My husband and I decided we should just get rid of everything! I called Champion and that was the best decisiion I made. The owner came and gave us a quote. He explained the pricing and was refreshingly honest. His workers came at the desgnated time, worked hard and consistently, and finished 1/2 hour ahead of time! I didn't think the quoted time was enough so I was totally amazed! They cleared out the entire basement and left it broom clean. The owner called to make sure I was satisfied before the workers left. This company is fantastic! The guys were fast and very friendly. After they finished the job I realized this was definitely the way to get rid of junk without the hassle. Originally I was going to get a dumpster and then understood that we would be the ones that would have to carry everything out to the driveway to fill it up. I'm a bit of a "98 pound weakling" and I knew that was not going to work. In my opinion this is the best way to clean out all that stuff that accumulates over the years. I plan to use them again and would recommend Champion to anyone who wants to get rid of stuff but doesn't know where to start. I was in need of a 30 yard dumpster at the last minute. I called Champion and spoke to the owner, Louis. He was very professional and kind. He answered all of my questions and was able to arrange for the dumpster to be delivered the very next morning. Later on that same evening, I was notified that the dumpster would not be needed. I called Louis after hours and he was able to cancel the delivery. He was very understanding and wished me luck. While I did not get the pleasure of actually using his services, due to his customer oriented attitude, I would definitely use him in the future and recommend him for anyone that I know is in need of his services. read more

I recently had a VERY larges tree fall and crush my 8x10 backyard storage shed - after the tree removal company was done, I was left with a twisted mess. Really super nice team. Had a great experience with what ended up being 2 30 cubic yard dumpsters for my garage demo. They even got me a special sized one that would fit on my property. Carefully loaded and unloaded navigating my fios cable and a neighbors tree. Great Job. True, I dont rent dumpsters often, but these peeps are named CHAMPION for a reason in my book.
