Met with Chris who went over all the details on what to expect at our initial estimate meeting, which was on a Friday. Dropped off the car on a Tuesday and the following Monday the car was done. Chris and Jason did a great job getting the car back to looking brand new again, especially since it is less than a year old. I was impressed with the turn around time, and the quality of the work. Color matching can sometimes be an issue, but I was pleasantly surprised at the workmanship. I can definitely recommend taking your car to Collision King for repair.

The third time has been successful, but here is the kicker ... he contacted me a year later and wanted to do a check up on his work, so I agreed and came all the way back he did his check around the car , maybe washed it , I don't recall now, but then tried to charge me for the visit , like $200 I think. I refused to pay and left .... I would NEVER go back to him or his shop for anything ! My son had his Tesla Model Y completely wrapped in a beautiful green, teal, gold, transition ... it took 1.5 days , was $2700 , and done right the first time at another place of course ....

This was a very good choice. George and his staff did the grueling work of haggling with the insurance company, multiple times, over weeks. He also did an excellent job reconstructing my vehicle within the constraints of the insurance coverage. I got my adventure wagon back in good-as-new condition. Practically unheard of for an autobody shop! California Collision is one of those unicorns. My only regret is not hearing of them sooner. Reflecting back on my involuntary experience of being the receiving end of a rear-end collision on the freeway, California Collision was the clear stand out. Not only did they get my BMW back on the road like it never happened, they handled it like a concierge would. Take that from a regular business traveler that works in the private equity world. George and Team handled everything in my best interests. They are an honest to goodness family business; the real deal- they all share the same last name. The first thing George did during the drop-off process was insist on giving me a walk-thru tour of the *entire* shop and work area. Other shops hesitate and deflect with these requests but George volunteers it first thing without even being asked. After using the restroom on the way out, there was not a corner I didn't see. Communication and customer service is first class- my calls, messages, and emails were always returned in a timely manner. They dealt with insurance and the car rental. I didn't have to do anything besides provide approvals. The job was done exactly how I wanted and even exceeded expectations. My BMW is older now and I expected aftermarket parts but I ended up coming out with all OEM parts at 0 expense to me. Even my optional factory/ OEM+ M-division performance parts were handled. Color match and fit were factory perfect. George is a perfectionist and personally inspects your vehicle after work is done and only releases back to you after it passes his high expectations. I have never ever ever been spoiled by a body shop like this.

I called wondering if I could have him come out to fix it (I thought labor was covered under warranty). He said it wasn't and started saying that he has never had issues in 10 years and he wouldn't come out because gas was too expensive. I am willing to pay someone (including him) to fix it, but opted not to go with him because he was speaking unkindly and accusing the other mechanic of being wrong. I am disappointed in the service and follow up. I would suggest going to a local shop instead of someone who travels.

I met Mario Alvarez as well, who specializes in Paint Correction and Ceramic-Coating, and had that work done in addition to the repairs that I needed. The results were incredible! The repair work was clean and detailed (which I appreciate), eliminated the factory defects in the paint, (spider-webbing, scratches, etc.), and they worked hard to deliver the truck on the weekend based on my challenging schedule. He kept me & my insurance company well informed on the progress of repairs being done to my vehicle. His team was very accommodating around my work schedule. They offered to pick up my vehicle, so I could have enough time to pick up a rental car. The day my vehicle was ready, they even picked me up from Enterprise & gave me a ride back to the shop. My vehicle is back in mint condition and you can't even notice it once had any damage!!! Phenomenal Service!!! Chelsea is a sweetheart and very courteous, she took the time to drive with me to Enterprise Rental Car since there was a mix up with my reservation. She was very kind to help me gather my belongings and even carried my son's heavy car seat for me since my hands were full. I received frequent updates regarding the repairs and an accurate time frame as to when my vehicle would be ready for pickup. The owner and another gentlemen whose name I do not recall, also exemplified wonderful customer service. My car looks brand new, flawless work! My husband's truck has been in this guy's shop several times now twice for different primer work. Both times the primer has failed my husband still has the original paint and clear coat underneath and the paint is chipping and flaking away. They also cause numerous damage to my husband's project truck. they destroyed his speaker system in the back by throwing debris from the truck bed into the cab why they would do this I don't understand they've broke his back window latches and the hood has flew open on him while he was driving As Anthony installed this hood and forgot to do things with thoroughness. read more

Terrible work here, Maaco could probably paint your car better. Now let me tell you the paint job appears to be unsanded as i can see original color under new paint. There seems to be dust particles dried in the paint. Scratches in a couple spots. Tape still attached to my vehicle. Things painted that shouldn't been and dust of some sort all over my interior as well. Owner said they would wash vehicle but never did. Staff seems friendly, maybe thats why reviews are high here, because it cant be from quality of work. read more

I stopped by Anthony's today to ask about getting decals removed from a car. Anthony and Alfonso jumped right on it and took the decals off. Everyone I encountered was friendly and personable. The owner is a cool guy, but the work that his shop dose is NOT Quality at all you will have to take your car back a few time before you just accept that it's as good as it gets with fish eyes and all the drips lol I was told by one of my friends to take my Mercedes there and I REGRET IT EVERY TIME I SEE MY CAR! Words can not expresses how happy I am right now. My Toyota Camry was side swiped leaving my driver side door unable to open all the way plus damage to the fender. After getting a few quotes from "the other guys", i took my car to Anthony's. Not only did he beat everyone elses price, my car looks better than ever. They even went above and beyond by noticing that my headlights were oxidized and buffed them out for me at NO CHARGE. I highly recommend this place and will always bring all of my business to them!
