And even more disappointing when you couple it with unprofessional business management by the franchisee. I made an appointment, a week in advance, with a stylist of my choice. I drove one hour for my appointment, and when I arrived, I was told that I had been placed with a different Stylist. After 10 minutes of confusion, the franchisee came out and told me that she had changed the appointment as "it didn't matter" since I had not specified. I did specify, and it does matter to me. Making choices for your customers to meet your own business management failings is a true fire way to watch your business go down the drain. Won't be visiting this location again And I would recommend that you steer clear. Not only would she not accommodate me nor apologize, but the implication was that it was all my fault. Bad business practices.

She got me checked in and I waited three minutes for Alex. She cuts good hair! Bangs are banging and my hair feels great. During my cut, three other girls were taking down Christmas decorations and sweeping and mopping. Music is nice. Smiles all around, for the most part. It's not an over the top friendly place (no hugs or fake conversations) but it's not cold or depressing or uncomfortable. Just the way I like it. I'll be back in two weeks for a bang trim. Thanks !
