She also does not push products and will actually give recommendations of products that you can purchase elsewhere that range in prices, so it can fit your budget. She also has great hours, so if you work a 9 to 5 or even just sporadic hours, she can try to get you in. As of now, she does charge a deposit for your first visit. I love that this business offers online booking because I was able to book my appointment while on my lunch break without having to give up any of my free time. Upon arriving at the salon, all workers in the store were following the guidelines laid out for businesses during COVID. Nikki was extremely professional and did amazing work! I believe she is the owner of the establishment. She made me feel extremely comfortable and always made sure that I was doing okay throughout the entire experience. I was able to try out "sugaring" for the first time at this salon. It was much less painful than waxing and did not make my face break out hours after my appointment. I'm very happy that I got the recommendation because Maria is awesome! I had made an appointment over a month in advance, so that I could heal during a time at work where I wouldn't be around too many people. Maria does request that you put down a deposit for any of your visits and you just pay the remainder of your service the day of. Honey Permanent Makeup is located off of Gum Branch, by the Half Moon Fire Department and is in the back of a shared space. Before my first appointment (you will have your initial appointment and then a follow up appointment about two months later) Maria contacted me and let me know it was her and some information about where she is and if you had questions to feel free to ask. When I did arrive for my appointment, I was greeted right away and after getting settled, we started the consultation portion of the visit. She asked how I wanted to get my brows done, recommended looking at her previous work (she let me look from her IPad) and let her know what I liked. After agreeing to how things would be done, she went ahead and mapped my brows and put numbing cream on. She provided a blanket and went to work. She also makes sure to explain the different steps she'll take, the coloring that she'll use and if I honestly did not fall asleep, she would have most likely spent the time explaining what she was doing to my brows. I didn't start to feel anything until closer to the end of our session and she only had a small little area to touch up so the slight sting was worth it. Afterwards, she explained the healing process, gave me a pamphlet with information, and also gave me products to help with the healing process. She doesn't do the dry healing and will give you some soap and an oil that you can put on your brows. The healing process went well and I went to her for my follow up appointment. When we did our follow up, she asked if there was anything that I would like to change in the shape or color and there wasn't much that I changed from her initial work. The follow up didn't take as long, but was similar to the first visit. At the end of my appointment, she asked if I needed any more of the products she initially gave me and let me know if I had any questions, to please contact her. Overall, if you're looking to get your eyebrows microbladded I would highly recommend seeing Maria at Honey Permanent Makeup!!

The haircut I received does not resemble the reference photo in any way. When I requested a refund, they said they would try to cut it again, but the main issue is the fact that it is too short, why would I want it to be cut again? Especially after the original experience? Then I was told to contact the owner by email, but it has been a week since I sent an email and no one has responded to me. I was conscientious in my email, and included multiple photos to prove my claim. To summarize, my reference photo was, at best, ignored, no one at the salon was willing to admit accountability, and the owner never responded to my email. So now I am just stuck with a haircut I hate until it grows out to the proper length, for $65. I genuinely would have achieved a result closer to my desired hairstyle if I just attempted to cut my hair myself. Attaching the reference photo, and a photo of the haircut I received, taken approximately 30 minutes after my appointment ended. I tried to do everything right, I've never requested a refund from any business before, I was not rude to anyone, I gave the owner double the time I was told to wait before I decided to post this review, but it seems like this business is not concerned with doing anything right. I noticed this trend in other negative reviews where Wild Olive will not admit to anything they do wrong. They are "perfect". In the owner's own words, expect "a very different outcome" if you choose to go here. Because even if your hair is appropriate for the style and you have had the style for years before, they will just try to gaslight you, and then apologize for your own confusion (aka blaming you) when you receive a "very different outcome" from an expectation that has been achieved multiple times by Great Clips.

When I walked in I was shocked they had camper chair for us to sit in, in a so called "relaxation" room. I literally had to chug down my drink and sweet treats before my massage. Finally the massage. ABSOLUTE worst massage I've ever received. The lady spent more time putting the mint oil infront of my nose than actually massage my neck and shoulders, which was literally suffocating. I was also told that hot stone would be included. I had maybe 5 minutes of hot stone on my back and then another 5 minutes of her massaging my back. I'm carrying around a newborn and toddler all day so that was extremely upsetting. My husband booked this massage as a postpartum gift since I just went through an emergency c section and he just wanted me to have a day of relaxation. I left there extremely upset and frustrated instead of feeling good. I ended up leaving a review that night which I've never left a review in my life. And then they replied and was told in the reply if I was open to it they'd like to discuss this further. I called the spa 3 times and the first time I called I was told I would probably just get a refund and that I would be getting a call back. Every other time I called I was given the runaround and told I would be getting a call back. Finally this morning I called and spoke with the owner. The owner was not nice at all and told me because I left a review she will not be giving me any type of compensation. She literally said that because I left a review for the public to see she will not be helping me. I had to call back and make an appointment and it was over a little more than two weeks. I got more Botox injected in forehead, between eyes and added crows feet too. It cost another 200.00. It was Not free. They did not take an after picture to compare during the follow up. I'm two days in and see no results and still have movement in my forehead and between eyes. Bobbi said she almost used the wrong syringe on my forehead because someone else put it in her room. That it would of hurt and been bad. So I can't help but wonder if I was injected with something that was a not Botox.
