The two days that our house was being painted Jerry was not here only his employee. Jerry is completely rude and unprofessional. When it was time for payment he banged on my bedroom door. The day the paint job was finished they left, the walls were still wet of course. A few days later we notice the botched job that was done to our house. I texted Jerry Saturday night multiple pictures of the job. He read and did not reply. I told him i would file a complaint. He then, told me it was Saturday night and if i has an issue i could call Monday. First off, whenever Jerry and I spoke about the job and money it didn't matter what time of day it was! BUT because i had an issue now time mattered. He ended up blocking me and now we don't even want him in our home again. Jerry is classless, rude, and unprofessional! Go elsewhere!

He later changed the bogus penalty to $150 when I pointed out his contract info. Finally, on 9/18/23, he stated my check "was in the mail". Never received one as of 10/5/23. I reached out and was told check was mailed 10/4/23. The owner(Frank) has not responded to my calls, texts, & emails after 10/5/23. My husband teaches out 10/18/23 and was told 2 checks were mailed but he would send another. Let's hope he is stating the truth this time. ( as of this review on 10/19/23)
