They worked around my schedule during meetings (as I work from home) and were incredibly accommodating. My house was not just cleaned, but sanitized. I have three children, a 5 month, a 3 year old and a 5 year old. My house gets gross with sticky and nasty stuff. Along with the toilet training, it is by no means an easy house to clean. The ceilings and painting came out beautifully. He was also able to remove all the old ceiling fixtures, vanities, mirrors, etc. Jonas was such a pleasure to work with, a true professional in every aspect. Jonas had good communication skills and kept me updated on the job's progress. (We weren't living in the unit.) He was a wealth of knowledge regarding best choice of paint and helping narrow down color choices. Because yes, my head was spinning the more I researched paint colors. Apparently it is recommended to choose paint by light reflective valve (which is based on windows and lighting) and also the underlying colors of you flooring and cabinets.) I went with his recommendation and was so happy I did. The condo looked bigger and brighter than my previous paint color. The trim and baseboards looked very clean. As a person who tends to have some OCD traits, I was happy with the neatness of all the painting. The workmanship of his team was excellent. If you are a subcontractor considering working with this company, please do your homework first. Make sure everything is in writing, including the payment terms, and keep records of all work and communication. I am sharing my experience so other people can be aware and make their own informed decisions before accepting work. My fiance and I purchased our first home last year, and the basement flooded twice. It had no sump or drain system in place. Besides the flooding, we were consistently getting 'seeping' of water through the cinder blocks because we are on the side of a mountain. Nathan came out for a very thorough consult, and did a great job of explaining the possibilities and options for drain systems. He was honest and answered all of our questions. This was the ONLY company out of 4 that explained how we might have a monolithic foundation, and how it needs to be treated differently for safety purposes and to maintain the stability of the home. It turned out when they began to work, we did have a monolithic foundation, so the system had to be placed a little bit differently. The employees did a great job of installing the system, and answering all of our questions afterwards. It was also very appreciated how they were able to install a vapor barrier in our crawl space during the same week (we did not realize initially that they would also be able to provide this service.) Barbara worked with us to establish a payment plan that worked for us, which was extremely helpful and appreciated because we were paying for a few major projects at the same time. We have had the system installed for about 7 months now, and everything has been working great. We have reached out a couple times with questions/concerns, and usually deal with Sal. I was happy at first but then they were scheduled to come and they charged me for the visit and never came. I called them on it and they said a truck was parked in front of my house and my neighbors, not me, were having a patio installed so they could not do the application. Should have called me, sent an email, text but not showing up, not cool. They than said we will put you on the next schedule. Refun your money and not charge you . First refund was received, then I was charged for the supposedly free application. Still waiting for that refund. Then they came to do the fall maintenance and I start to notice white patches throughout the lawn, especially along the border. The area between the sidewalk and curb all white. My neighbors see I have a lawn service and probably thought what the heck is going on with her lawn. I sent them pictures, still waiting for a response. But the backyard was perfect, no white grass. Because I am pretty sure they never touched the backyard I would not recommend them to anyone. I would use TruGrern or any other trusted company. .
