Although they completed our neighbor's property on 5/15/26 and initially did not do ours, I left a message expressing my disappointment. To their credit, they came back the very next morning at 8:00 a.m. and did a beautiful job. Our arborvitaes have never looked better, and you would never even know a tree had been removed. They were unable to grind the stump because of the Belgian block surrounding the area, but they cut it so cleanly that you can barely tell it is there. Overall, we are very happy with how everything turned out and truly appreciate the quality of their work.

My fiance and I purchased our first home last year, and the basement flooded twice. It had no sump or drain system in place. Besides the flooding, we were consistently getting 'seeping' of water through the cinder blocks because we are on the side of a mountain. Nathan came out for a very thorough consult, and did a great job of explaining the possibilities and options for drain systems. He was honest and answered all of our questions. This was the ONLY company out of 4 that explained how we might have a monolithic foundation, and how it needs to be treated differently for safety purposes and to maintain the stability of the home. It turned out when they began to work, we did have a monolithic foundation, so the system had to be placed a little bit differently. The employees did a great job of installing the system, and answering all of our questions afterwards. It was also very appreciated how they were able to install a vapor barrier in our crawl space during the same week (we did not realize initially that they would also be able to provide this service.) Barbara worked with us to establish a payment plan that worked for us, which was extremely helpful and appreciated because we were paying for a few major projects at the same time. We have had the system installed for about 7 months now, and everything has been working great. We have reached out a couple times with questions/concerns, and usually deal with Sal.
