I had my son pick up 1 1/2…read moreyards of top soil from NMS a couple of weeks ago. 2/3 of it went on the garden and the rest I was going to pull from as necessary. After leveling off the pile on the garden I tilled it under only to find a lot of stone, wood chips and glass not to mention unidentifiable pieces of god knows what! I decided to run the remaining 1/3 of it through a 3'x7'x 1/2 screen homemade sifting device, for every 3 shovels of shit approximately 3/4 to 1 shovel was debris, ok I can deal with that because all top soil today has been stomped on like 1980 blow, what is tough to deal with is the shit that went on my prestigious garden that is now full of crap! So I rake it out as much as I could get out of there, level it out and today the shit is turning the garden a silver color, obviously cut in part with process something! I have a tough time getting out and a tougher time doing manual labor, I had asked the person I spoke to on the phone numerous times if the top soil was clean and sifted, of coarse they said yes back to me numerous times. Have I reached out to this company? No, is the answer, they know what they are selling I don't feel I should have to reach out every time I purchase something, how about selling what you say your selling. Hope you sleep at night knowing you screwed an elderly disabled person NMS, karma is a bitch, eventually somebody you love or care about will get taken advantage of by the small caring company in your neighborhood!

Absolute Nightmare. Requested small concrete patio to attach to existing concrete walkway. Nick…read moremanaged to get his truck "stuck" with "tires spinning", in the yard. Then my daughter luckily, observed Nick & realized the concrete step they were pouring, near the backdoor was too much of a drop to be safe & gave him direction on a solution. Where walkway & patio met, the cement was slapped on with no attempt to blend or delineate the combination of the two. The patio looks like a patchwork quilt. Seams, and footprints with numerous discolorations and stop & start imprints on cement prominent throughout. Nick's consistent reply to dissatisfaction with the patio was "once it settles, will be fine." Anything BUT fine, & after a time he agreed to "sand it." First with a small hand held sander with no improvement. Then with an industrial upright sander, he had ZERO control over. It flipped and tipped & flew through the air, as he tried unsuccessfully to hang on. This put circular gouges into cement. So patchwork now has circular gouges, as in alien landing sites. Nick Filled my refuge containers with cement bags . Nick consistently, & without permission helped himself to items in the garage. I continue to find cigarette butts in the yard, along with water bottles in the flower pots. I kept waiting for the Candid Camera crew to reveal themselves. They did not, but if I can save even one family from the nightmare of Nick's Masonry LLC, then it will have been worth my time to share this Nightmare.

The siding he replaced on our house is falling off and warped after barely two years. His attempts to fix it made it worse and now he is refusing to refund us. We had two independent contractors come out and verified everything was done incorrectly and poorly. Nick also only employees people who are not qualified for the job and do not speak English so you cannot communicate with them. Nick was rude to me and refused to listen when issues were raised.
