This is unfortunate for two reasons. Number one my experience was entirely the opposite and apparently many others as well hold the same opinion, if you check the reviews on homeadvisor.com. Number two when I checked the other reviews from this yelp user, they were all extremely negative. Not a single positive review. Take it for what it's worth, but I will add my review here from 2017: "As others have said, Vincent and his wife Grecia do outstanding work, communicate better than any other contractor I've ever hired, and most importantly to me they are quality people. The price was fair and reasonable; they were flexible and super trustworthy. I actually enjoyed having them at my home believe it or not. We needed to tear up an old concrete driveway (~50x12) and replace it. Initially we thought we were going to go with asphalt because of the lower cost, but when we discussed the pros and cons with Vincent and compared his quote to those from other companies, we realized AA Outdoor could do a high quality concrete driveway at a price that was comparable to asphalt. Concrete will also save us maintenance and expense over asphalt too, and that decision was made in part because of the excellent communication and feedback from Vincent when we first started discussing the project. Vincent is very knowledgable and has decades of quality experience; I asked a ton of questions and he answered them all - I actually learned a lot from him. I have been in the commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning trades for 25 years and I can easily recognize a "shoemaker" versus a professional. Bill is a professional. I got three different quotes one of which was wildly different and very suspect. Two were pretty close, but Bill was the only one who would deal with the repair of the city sidewalk that had to be cut. He was able to get into a very narrow working field with the correct equipment and do the job in less than a day without having to hire police directing traffic which would have cost me at least five or six hundred dollars extra. He pulled all the necessary permits and bonds and provided an outstanding plumber to do the water connection at the house end. He also worked extremely well with the City of Middletown Connecticut Water department. Bill is a one-man operation in business for over 30 years and I cannot commend him highly enough for his work ethic, honesty, and professionalism. What's interesting is that I am in Middletown obviously and he is in the Wallingford area and I contacted him by chance after an internet search because his work looked very professional and I simply had a good feeling about the choice.
