I always come to this Anthropologie whenever I need to get a gift for one of my friends that is a girl. It's the perfect place to find a gift. You kinda just stumble on something, and it's perfect. They have a huge selection of different things here. I tend to gravitate towards the glassware and candles, as I know those make good gifts. I don't buy clothes from here, but according to my wife, they do have nice clothes that are good quality too. The staff here are always so friendly too. Always happy to help. I always look kinda clueless when I come here too, but they always swoop in and save the day. Anthropologie is on the pricier side a little, so keep that in mind. This staff is very helpful and friendly. I have only been in the area for 3 weeks so finding spots to shop and places to call my own are important to me. So far my past 4 visits have all been great here. Anthro is definitely pricey but they have amazing sales and I see some of their pieces as nice additions to my closet. It's fine. That staff is all pretty good at this location. I know some of them have been there for 10+ years. My biggest complaint with this location is all the wasted space. there a lot of usable space where they could have more stock but it's just not well situated since the renovation a couple of years back. They rarely have my size stocked in store and the reason I go in store is to try on. Pros, I would say they have the best home selection of any of the metro Atlanta locations. And you can maybe find a gem or two in the sale section. Also love that they have a large petits section but again they never really have my size there either. I'd say its better than perimeter, but not nearly as good as Howell Mill. Also it's location in the mall isn't idea for those of us know who the better (less busy) parking areas. If you want to battle the worst and most busy parking or pay for valet, great, but otherwise you'll have to hike.... read more

This is one of my favorite spots to really get my shop on when I need to! I prefer the Lenox store but the Perimeter location is great, too. Everything from snazzy dishes and pretty lampshades to gift books is available in the selection of house wares. The bedding collection is extensive and includes unique duvet covers, shower curtains and gorgeous pillows. You can count on finding cute tops and jeans from Joe's Jeans and Level 99, a new favorite of mine. In the winter, I always find too many coats to pick just one! Check out the lingerie and undies, too, and there's usually an extensive collection of sale items (a good thing because you can easily spend too much here!). read more

I just went to Perimeter Mall for the first time in years and went to the Anthropologie store there. I had the best customer service I've had at a retail clothing store since I can remember. Heidi was super helpful in the dressing room area and was suggesting some cute pieces to go with pants I already had and then was exchanging, some of the pants with different sizes. She was super cheerful and was working with several people at a time and had some really good choices. Everyone on the floor and at the cashier and check out were also super helpful and professional. They put in a special order at the cashier for a pair of pants in a size that they didn't have in the store. And when the wrong size was delivered to my house-it was not their fault -I took the pants back and returned them at the physical store and then they actually had the size there so I did a quick exchange. The items that I saw were stylish and comfortable and cute for all ages, but especially my age as a middle-aged woman who wants to look stylish, but also be comfortable and not look too young for my age. The quality of the product is great. They have great jeans and pants and tops. The price is really affordable, especially for sale items. The store layout is really nice and open. The staff are not watching your every move or not letting you touch the items. They are more laid-back than some other stores I visited in the mall. Cannot recommend enough! read more

Many moons ago an old co-worker use to spend here check here almost every payday. She would come out with some of the cutest clothing and household accessories. IMO everything most of the clothing looks like vintage clothing and they have the vintage pricetags to boot. I would love to shop here but the pricing just makes me shake my head and walk out. I recently went in becuase I need some rabbit themed gifts and for whatever reason, something told me to go here. Well, I still feel like the pricing is to expenisve for the selection. I saw a rabbit journal notebook and almost choked on my gum when I saw it was $18 In additon, I saw a cute skirt on the "sale" rack and it was $179 on sale. Down from $229. I saw some cute "jars" in back of the store/not on sale, and asked a clerk what they were for...she looked at me, like if you dont know then this is the wrong place for you, and then told me, they are tealight holders. OK...well since they didnt have rabbits on them, I put them down, but not before looking at the pricing and seeing $28 Overall, they have a nice selection, and the store clerks arent shadowing your every move, but its the sticker price that gets me out empty handed each time. read more

I have been a fan of Anthropologie for more than 10 years now and always enjoy checking out a new location. This Anthro is large and beautiful and feels ready for the holidays. The apparel selection seemed a little smaller than normal but the accessories and home areas were exploding with product. I walked out with a sale top, a candle, and essential oils. I'm always a sucker for the seasonal Capri Blue scents! Bonus was that the sales associates seemed great both in the fitting room and at checkout. read more

I'm an avid shopper & lover of Anthropologie to the point of seeking out their locations in every city I visit. Atlanta is home for me & based on years of experience I'd say Lenox is the best location (over Perimeter & Westside). Why? Well for starters they receive the most new releases and the associates provide the most consistent customer service and product knowledge. The sale area is the largest and offers the most breathing room to shop. The only downside is the layout & decor which isn't as distinctive as the other smaller locations meanwhile Westside has the best fitting rooms of the group. The best thing about the Perimeter location is that tax is cheaper there. Overall I choose Lenox whenever possible because the associates are usually more attentive, personable and offer real opinions in the fitting area. They've also gone out of their way for me once or twice. Looking forward to the Ponce location! read more

While I think everything in this store is cute, I vowed never to shop here ever again because two employees made fun of me because of the way I was dressed (LBD, black Converse). They were even talking about me when I had already passed them and was in the dressing room. Yes, bitches, I could hear your snickering about how beat-up my shoes were from 6 feet away. Imagine that. I didn't even try on the dresses that I really wanted to buy. The one that I really wanted to get was $120, and I can't remember how much the other one cost. So they lost my business forever. This is one of the best Anthropologie stores that I have ever been to. Its spacious, super organized, the aisles are wide and the sales ladies are peachy. I want to live in their home section and wear $180 dresses but I can't. The sales department is much more up my alley and they had some great finds that I can afford. Upon entering Anthropologie, I usually zip to the sale section in the back of the store. Why depress myself by falling in love with frocks I can't afford? Plus, the sale rack alone puts a sufficient dent in my Fossil wallet. Luckily, I've accumulated enough clothing over the years to be able to embrace a "quality over quantity" wardrobe philosophy. So blowing my budget on one Moth cardigan, one Sleeping on Snow sweater and one Floreat dress can cover my shopping needs for a month or two, and make a significant impact on my outfit choices, a.k.a. happiness. After all, Anthropologie's merchandise is timeless and edgy at the same time. Even the "plain" black tops involve some sort of twist: perhaps bows on each cap sleeve or fluttering swirls down the front. Every piece brims with visual interest. Maybe orange buttons will adorn the straps of a seasonless dress, while the high ruffle collar on a wool cardigan will catapult you back to Victorian times. Not to mention the Lilka pajama pants. I sniff through the clearance rows like a drug dog, looking for my size. I want to not only work and walk but also sleep in style. Well, why the four stars instead of five, you ask? Because of the quality and durability of much of Anthro's clothes. Just today, I pulled on a brand-new navy blue top with gray velvet strips across the chest, covering a multi-layered montage of green circles and lace; a similarly layered belt helps accentuate my waist. The sleeves are stitched together, forming three distinct parts. "Snap!" my left sleeve ripped open this morning, leaving me annoyed in front of my make-up mirror. Oftentimes, the buttons on my Anthro jackets and skirts fall off after two wears, forcing me to sew them back on myself. A red puff ball disappeared from my sock slippers just days after I introduced them to my cold feet. The durability issue, coupled with outrageous price, is why I rarely buy Anthro clothes at their full retail value. Yet I still religiously shop there. I love Anthropologie. It brings out the girly-girl in me. I am always amazed at the huge selection of girly clothes from various designers that they are able to amass. This is a large, well-stocked store that is easy to navigate. The home furnishings are unique and nice, there are lots of things that smell good, and you can find interesting gifts for people here. The thing I don't like about this store is that the clothes are pretty expensive for what you are getting, and they don't seem to have really great sales. But, I do really like their clothes and, if they did cost less, I would buy A LOT of stuff here. read more

I'm starting to think that you can spot an Anthropologie outfit from a mile away. I guess it's that thrift store, grandma look with a touch of mod. A lot of times the price is higher than you think it should be, but man, do they have a big sale section. Their clothes are often unique, interesting and just plain pretty! Not to mention, they usually last a long time, even if they start off looking like something you inherited. The Lenox and Perimeter store are always organized and tidy, which makes it pretty easy to look through everything. If you see something you like, you really would be doing yourself a favor to wait for it to go on sale; most of the time it does. Sometimes it's too hard to resist, and you feel sick when you see something at 50% off a few days after you just bought it at full price. read more

I haven't been to the new Anthro in midtown, but of the two Anthro's, I like this one a little better just because their sale selection is bigger; although you have to pay higher sales tax. I think w/ Anthro, the best bet is online shopping or this store. With online, they occasionally do free shipping over 150 purchase. With the store, if you can't find an item, they can locate it at another and ship it to you sans shipping. If you sign up for an Anthro card, you can get 15 percent off of a purchase during the month of your birthday. That's really the only incentive to having it. The other "perk" as of now, is tracking of your purchases, so you can return items w/o a receipt. Shopping tip: at this Anthro, they disperse the sale jewelry in a couple sections throughout the store, so look around, outside the sale section. There's usually a jewelry sale section at the front of the store, in the back where the rest of the sale items are, and one more towards the left side of the store. read more

With its diverse collection of clothing and artistic, homey atmosphere, shopping here is as much about the experience as it is the designs. Anthropologie's buyers travel the world to stock the shelves with unique, feminine pieces ranging from clothing to home accessories. I've shopped here for years and have always been in love with their designs. The highlights for me are their feminine yet sophisticated dresses, their colorful, handcrafted jewelry, and their cozy yet stylish bedding. The store itself is large, with an extensive sale section in the back (Anthro has fantastic sales). While I am completely in love with this store, my only complaint is that the customer service is a little spotty. Sometimes you have to make a few laps around the store, your arms overflowing with clothes, before someone offers to start you a dressing room. Other times I've been a little off-put by the attitude of some of the sales associates, especially when making returns. As a side note, they tend not to inform you that they can look up past purchases through your Anthro card if you give it to them when you're buying. I'm sure some of the attitude can be attributed to the fact that I'm 20 and look younger, but regardless you should never be rude to a customer. And little do they know I'm an excellent one. Still, I love Anthropologie's products so much I can overlook the sales associates. This store just feels like home. read more

I heart Anthropologie. This store is awesome and I wish I'm rich enough that I can buy to my heart's content from this place... Especially their kitchen accessories. Their prices are high so I can only afford to buy one piece at a time, but it never stops me from coming in and walk through the store to go oooh and aaaah at stuff I want to buy. I love wearing dresses and would not mind paying a good amount for a dress that I absolutely have to have.. whether it's less than 100$ (which hardly ever happens) or $300... and I do believe the last 4 dresses I bought were from here. This store is like a scavenger hunt. I love it when I have time to stroll through it completely. It always smells good too. I find all kinds of things for myself and gifts. It's fun! The clothing is unique, something for everyone. You really have to take your time cause there's stuff everywhere. Sometimes it can be a little frustrating too especially if its a busy day. I love the store and the merchandise but the service is spotty. Sometimes good and helpful and others (like today) not happening. It's annoying when you are in the fitting room and need other sizes. Their system of runners isn't so great. Half the time they can't find what you want, tell you they don't have it and then you walk onto the floor and find it. Frustrating! So bring a friend who can get you other sizes. And go with an open mind....they have all kinds of cool stuff you never knew you had to have. read more

Adorable store - classic, funky, retro-inspired, and bohemian clothing, although the prices are a bit on the pricey size. This Anthropologie though has a very LARGE sale section in the back of the store - so if you see a blouse or skirt you aren't too sure about wait a month and sure enough you'll probably see it on sale for $50 or less come the next season. Note - they are sort of hidden on the side, but there are also some great shoe sales in the store (I got some adorable golden Leifsdotter sandals for $20 last time I was there!) read more

I feel so girly, happy, sunny when I'm wearing Anthro dresses and skirts or when I decorate my apartment with knick knacks from Anthro. Which is incredibly dangerous because I spend wayyy wayyyyy too much money and time here. Anyway, I think we all have passed by the stores in the mall and know what Anthro is all about, so if you haven't gone in I highly suggest you going. What I love the most about Anthro though is that the styles are so timeless - which means you can get plenty of loves of your life in the sale section. Atlantans... PLEASE I beg you take advantage of the Lenox Anthro for me. My favorite store. Hands down. This store smells absolutely wonderful as soon as you step foot in the store, thanks to the candles and lotions galore. It feels like walking into a spa - it has a very relaxing atmosphere. Anthropologie has pretty much everything: -to prettify yourself - with their lovely collection of clothes, shoes, jewelry, beauty products, -your apartment - with all their home embellishments including curtains, door knobs, rugs, etc., and -your mind - with their books, pretty stationary sets, etc. I must say the only thing that won't get prettified after shopping here is your wallet. read more

Love shopping at Anthropologie. The experience is fabulous --- no other store comes close! The clothes, accessories, furnishings, etc. are unique, and beautifully displayed, so that you feel like you are discovering a new "find" in each section of the store. Went Christmas shopping, and they wrapped the gifts beautifully and for free! I wear Anthropologie dresses - almost every $150 dress goes on sale to first cut (around $80)and sometimes even to second cut ($40). I prefer the summer clothing at Anthro over their winter clothing. Anthropologie is sort of like Trader Joe's in the fact that you like something, you can wait a tiny bit to snatch it up, but you better buy it when it is at a good price. In this case, most items are on sale within a few months. Sales are generally every Tuesday and sometimes every two weeks instead. This store has shoes, lots of home items, and almost every clothing item in their current catalog. It is almost overwhelming if you are used to smaller stores. Their sale section is plentiful, but they generally only have a couple of sizes of their clothes. Their sizes are borderline vanity sizes - they have multiple brands in their store but generally run a size big. This location had a couple employees that were rude to my friend trying on clothes, but maybe they were just short on patience because of the holiday season. Usually, the employees are very helpful. Half of the people shopping here wear Anthropologie clothes while they are shopping, so it can be hard to discern the difference between shoppers and employees. read more

On May 8, 2018 at approximately 11:30am I went into the Lenox Square Mall (Atlanta, GA) location in a hurry because I had not yet shopped for my trip to Egypt... my plane left shortly after 5pm that same day (yeah,... I know, right?). There was not a person in the store that did not offer to help, make suggestions, know where to find stuff, or if you didn't have it they had a substitute waiting on hand. I wished I would have asked everyone's name because they gave the best customer service that I'd seen in forever. From the associates to the managers everyone was more than accommodating and helped me find great buys in short time. Natalie was at the fitting room and I could not be more appreciative. She gave that honest opinion that you would look for from a friend but did it in such a professional and classy manner. Thank you all for helping make my trip so amazing! On May 5 I ordered two dresses from anthropology, which stated they would be delivered in 5 to 9 days, 12 days later I contacted Anthropologie because I had not received my order. I was told that the address did not match and it could not be delivered and it would be returned to their warehouse, and I was offered a refund. I told the young man I did not want a refund I wanted my dresses. He stated that they would be mailed out to me once they returned. Two weeks later I called Again to find out where my dresses were, I had not received a email or any information. I was told by the young lady that they were expecting it back to them in a day and it would be mailed out to me and I should receive it in a couple of weeks. So today June 17 I call Anthropologie because I still have heard nothing about my dresses to find out where my order is and I am told that they have issued me a refund as of yesterday. I stated to the customer service agency I did not want a refund I want it my dresses that's what I've been waiting for for over a month. I spoke to a supervisor who stated that I should've been told upfront that they could not get me my dresses and that a refund would be issued. Well I have several issues with this and with the customer service I received. First of all no one followed up with me on my order I did all of the calls. Second to be told twice my order was on the way and to be waiting and anticipating receiving it and then being told today, sorry you've been refunded the dresses aren't available.
