They host a lot of different events and expos throughout the year, and check-in is always easy to find and from what I can tell, generally in the same spot. The only minor downside I've run into is when the escalators aren't operating. If you're trying to leave quickly and don't want to fight your way back through the vendor crowds, be prepared for a bit of a trek down the emergency exit stairs and through an empty floor or two. Other than that, the space is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff does a great job keeping things running smoothly no matter how packed the event is.

Second, this is a black community and we pay all of their bills. I walk in with my money, the Asian workers are rude. Very rude. If I put money in your hand I expect you to put it back in mine especially if my hand is out for you to do so. They don't speak even when you speak. They don't care. Rude, again my money with be spent where I am respected and acknowledged.

I had a return. & I immediately waited at the counter for the female clerk who was helping a patron when I walked in. He was upfront at the time but was on the phone completely looking down. I had no clue he was working because he never looked up to acknowledge me. After waiting about 30 seconds, she was still helping someone so I decided to walk back & grab the new items. When ready for checkout he was my cashier & informed me that I needed to bring returned items to the counter first before heading back in a scolding tone. I had done that...but he failed to acknowledge my presence because he was preoccupied. Very very interesting indeed. I won't be returning.

Let me start by saying this store has cool, cheap pieces. Everything in here is very unique and…read moredecently made. HOWEVER, the owner has no respect for his customers. I have been a customer for over 10 years and this past Saturday, June 26, 2021, I was totally disgusted with the blatant disrespect I encountered. So here is what happened: I went to buy a few items for an upcoming party the following day. After I pick out some things, I am now ready to try them on and choose. Well, "due to covid"...the fitting rooms are closed until further notice. I have absolutely no problem with that. I ask, "ok, so how long do I have to return the items I don't want?" and the owner tells me there are no returns, only store credit! Now, wait a darn minute. Lol. You are telling me, I cannot try anything on because YOU closed your fitting room and I can't even get my money back when stuff doesn't fit right? (because anyone who shops here knows, cheap ass clothes don't always lay correctly on your body). So I ask him this very thing. I wasn't rude about it. I just wanted to make sure he heard himself and attempted to help him understand the consumer's point of view. I failed, miserably. This "man" screams at me "THAT'S BEEN OUR POLICY FOR 30 YEARS AND WE ARE JUST FINE, DO YOU WANT THE SHIT OR NOT?" I was appalled and vowed never to spend another dime there. Moral to the story: We, as Black American Women, have to stop patronizing these foreign shops that so blatantly disrespect us. I know it may not seem like a big deal, but think about it for a second. If you purchase an item for 57.99 and have to return it for store credit only, unless you are getting the same exact thing in a different size, they are pocketing more money off of you. You will never find anything for the same exact price in there. Which means 1 of 2 things will happen: you will either have to leave money on the table OR give them more to pay the difference. It's highway robbery and they do it because they know they can. Any business owner with common decency would re-assess a policy that is affected by a pandemic. Hell, even Goodwill gives you a full refund (within 7 days) while the fitting rooms are closed.
