If the slab is of poor quality , the entire project goes downhill from there. Michael was top notch. He was always responsive even in the middle of another job. He might be curt when answering while in the midst of pouring, but he always answers any day of the week. Many of my friends who used other contractors have had very bad expeiences with some aspect. I had heard how many of the roof companies have lawyers available to fight insurance companies so that they can charge more money so that a homeowner can recoup a portion of their deductible. That sounded like fraud to me. OCR sized up my project gave me a competitive price with a 10 year warranty on their work and the manufacturer offered a 50 year limited warranty if the roof was installed according to their specifications which it was. The crew came went right to work and with in a day and a half the roof was on and I was very satisfied. I would strongly recommend this company if you need a roof replacement or repair.

Only use this company if you are knowledgeable about roofing and able yourself to fully supervise onsite. Workers often take shortcuts that result in problems with leaks later. Though the company will respond to warranty calls, "bandaid" fixes often don't address a full remedy unless you document problems with pictures taken by professional outside inspectors. Slow leaks may take a couple years to show on the interior ceilings. Unfortunately by then, the five-year warranty may have run out.

I had a problem within a day or two with a scrape on the wall. I called and ask them to send some out to fix it. It wasn't a good experience after that. I finally got someone to come fix the scrape, but noticed after a week that the seams in the shower turned yellow. I paid over 10,000 for this and I'm nervous to call them to ask what to do because of the experience I had with one of the owners. I'm hoping someone else the same problem and can post what they did or how to correct it. The shower is beautiful except for that one problem.
