Upon waking in it was spacious and they greeted me. After checking in, they let you borrow shoes for free. There are lockers with keys to put your personal belongings. Bring your own bottle and you can fill it up using the purified water station. My instructor was DByrd he was really energetic and taught a great class. I loved how it was a mix of high intensity cardio and then choreo and then weights. There are towels at every bike. The bike was newer and really comfortable. The shower was clean and they provide towels for you to use with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorant, lotion. First timers ride for free for their 1st ride and then get $40 off any unlimited ride or 10 ride package after completing their first ride. Great experience. Love FP!

The only thing i would've hoped to get was a more personable "meeting" with the instructor. The classes are so small it's not hard to do. Plus when the class was over we were told for the new people to come to the front. I was thinking we would have a conversation about how we liked the class, what we didn't like, what we were looking for.., but nothing she just handed us a coupon and said thank you. But overall I enjoyed the place and still going back and trying out different instructors classes.

The staff sets some aggressive goals that you can EASILY meet if you do as they ask. Even if you have trouble along the way, they are there to help you. The challenge itself is 6 weeks long and it will TRANSFORM you. You will get an eating plan and you will be on the hook for showing up. Give 100% each day and prepare to be excited with the results. I ended up losing 25 pounds during my challenge. Aside from feeling better about yourself, you will have more energy. You will also make a bunch of new friends. There has been a downside for me. I've had to go out and buy new clothes since my current wardrobe is too big. I ended up signing up for an annual membership so I'm not sure what size I will end up -- but I guess it's a good problem to have. In any case, I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Even though I was unable to lose 20 pounds (I lost 16ish), what I did gain is my confidence, a new found love for fitness and a huge fitness family to keep me accountable. The challenge is definitely attainable though, my boyfriend was able to lose 26 pounds and get his money back from the Challenge. I used to be someone who lived a pretty sedentary life, and now go to the gym 5 days a week at 5am. Probodies is definitely something you should take a chance on, especially if you're like me, someone who didn't really know what gym equipment did what and what exercises to do. There are a lot of classes throughout the week as well as amazing coaches. The owner customized each workout and not one workout is the same. Monday's and Thursday's are usually leg day, Tues and Friday is arms and Wednesday is focused on cardio. Personally, I think what keeps me coming back is the owner, Jordan. She definitely knows what she's teaching, always educating us about our bodies and her passion for fitness is inspiring. It goes something like 'after 10 classes you'll feel a difference, after 20 classes you'll see a difference, and after 30 classes you'll have a whole new body.' I've taken Pilates reformer and loved it. This studio is not only inviting, but experienced and knowledgeable as well. A great combo for a place to spend your time working on your body-mind-spirit. Being able to push myself in a warm boutique environment with someone to ask questions to constantly, if I need to, makes me love Pilates even more. And it works for me because of foot surgery last year to remove the arthritis between my toes and the main part of my feet. I cannot put weight directly on top of the balls of my feet. In reformer it's still weight training but with no impact to my feet. It's the only thing that I've found to work for me and it's changing my body every week. So happy that I found this studio.
