Careca and Jeff were very instrumental in me understanding the gym and how I can maximize my membership. They always greet me when I see them and are open to answering any questions that I may have. Jeff also did my fitness analysis and helped me learn about myself on a musculoskeletal level and gave me recommendations on how I can strengthen and tone my body and letting me know what exercises would be best for me while on my fitness journey. I was so inspired that I decided to get a personal trainer. Careca suggested Jordan. Having Jordan as my personal trainer is by far the best decision that I have ever made, fitness wise. He holds me accountable and he encourages me to test my physical limits. Even on the days that he is not training me, if he sees me in the gym, he will ask me what type of routine I am completing on that day and if I am trying something new, he will ask me how comfortable or confident I am during that session. I could not have asked for a better trainer! In the Kids' Club staff is so fantastic! My kids look forward to coming to the gym with me because of how kind and caring Keren, Jamal, Kyndall, and Laina are! The kids always come out with some type of arts and crafts creation and there are toys and games that the kids play with in the open space to keep them active! Some other highlights are the sauna and the recovery room. This location also has an assisted stretching section. I plan on trying it one day. And it is a 24-hour gym! A man ran his hand up my thigh and left his business card on my lap after I told him multiple times I was not interested. I informed management and they knew exactly who I was talking about because apparently, he's done it several times before. I informed management I wasn't comfortable returning until this matter was handled and they gave me an email to check in with after filling out an incident report. I waited 7 days before I reached out. It's now been 18 days. No response via email from the gym manager or the regional manager after 2 emails. I expected at least a ChatGPT response...but nothing. Now I'm forced to pay to cancel or try to work out somewhere I don't feel safe. If they know he's a problem, why do they continue to let him harass women AND how many other men are walking around the gym having done this because there are no consequences? In response to Cameren Strickler: There's no need for me to reach out a third time when you haven't even responded to the first 2 emails I sent. You have all my contact information. If you were truly interested in rectifying the situation, you could have easily done so by now. So I'm just out of $140 and have to find a gym that better manages incidents on their property.

It's basic equipment. No fancy anything. No Air Conditioning but there was a nice cross breeze. They have 1 washroom if you need to change. You have to come here with a different mind set and expectations. I come from a dance, pilates, and yoga background so getting on a dirty rubberized mat took a little getting used to. (tip: don't wear white tops.) They really encourage you to come as often in a week as possible, to push yourself as hard as you can when you're here. After each time I was here, I felt it for days! They're supportive and instructive, correcting any errors in form. They also have a class just for women which was nice. There are people who really did well here, made friends and they look great but I'm going to try to find another crossfit box that's not quite so rustic. Crossfit Silverback is looking into building their own building instead of operating out of warehouse/garage space. Maybe I'll check them out then.

There are no frills here and the WOD's are NOT easy but if that's what you are looking for then this is NOT the place for you. The workouts are always changing, and they are always challenging, so it's different every time and nothing gets boring. I have had no regrets about setting foot into this place.

Whether you're a newbie in the gym, getting back into it, or an athlete, they've got facilities and equipment for you. They have some equipment that you just can't find in most gyms that elevates the whole experience. The owners do a great job of making sure they have the latest and greatest AND all the classic pieces you need. They have a bunch of cool extras too- like gym merch, meals and pre/intra/post workout drinks to purchase, and even supplement samples. Overall, a great place to workout. I recommend to everyone.

Thank goodness I'm the type that actually reads brochures others set up at local business's, otherwise I would have never found out about this spot!!! After grabbing a flyer from Darque Tan, I called the number & set up a meeting time with Nick. Super sweet, cool guy. He got my girlfriend & me all measured, weighed, & signed up for the 9am training class. When we arrived the next day for our actual class, we were greeted by Alfred (see his business card in pics I posted). ANOTHER super sweet, funny, cool, dedicated guy!!! The three of us immediately clicked as if we had known each other for years. IMO, the best thing to have with your trainer is a great relationship!! Alfred works us HARD!!! I love how understanding he is when you feel like you need to take a breather. I've experienced some pretty crappy trainers in my day (one of which was obviously drunk & on drugs...See my review for Blast coming soon) but Alfred is right on point with everything!!! The trainer I had a few weeks ago started me off with 75lbs on each arm, fast bench presses, 1st exercise & it tore my shoulder/arm up. Just so happens Alfred is a PT & is not only working me out 3 days a week, but also doing rehab on that arm of mine. LOVE IT!!! Every body builder, trainer, and client is super sweet & soooo friendly. Alfred was even able to refer my husband to a doctor that their body builders see, and everyone has made a point to ask how my husband's doing!!! THAT'S LOVE!!! The entire facility (which is in a warehouse) is extremely clean, sparkling bathroom, up to date equipment, & fully stocked with water, sports drinks, energy drinks, & protein shakes.
