It is a LARGE space and could be perceived as overwhelming by some. There are several Vanderbilt specialities housed in this mall-type complex. There are several open waiting areas. I told her that we want to do some tests and she said you don't have to, and when I asked again she said that most insurance plans don't cover these tests and they are expensive!! But she didn't even check if our insurance cover it, or even if we care about how expensive it is!! I was there for a UTI, which mine almost turned deadly, thanks to those f---s! They left me on a stretcher for about 6-hours, laying in my own urine. I received no medication, no pain killers, NOTHING. Because I didn't get my meds, I stayed up for 24 hours. Towards the end of being on the lower level, I could hear the Nurses laughing at me, saying, "I'm not changing him! They can do it upstairs." Had I known the type of care I would receive, I would have gone elsewhere! I will NEVER return to that s--t-home EVER again!
