I have been going to Claussens for years. Today I went there specifically to purchase a plant. When…read moreI went to pay at the front desk a lady employee saw the price of the plant I was purchasing and removed the price tag from the plant. She then went to the back to relabel the plant. I explained that I didn't think that was fair and that usually when this happens stores honor the price at which it was originally labeled. The response I received was, "I understand " but there was no plan to honor the original label. I left the store without the plant and will likely never go back. The difference in price was around 15$. At this point they didn't deserve my money and should understand that I can buy that plant anywhere. They lost out on that purchase as well as a life customer all for price of 15$. I hope it was worth it and that you now, you understand.

The second time I've been to a target, yes ever, second time ever…read more I just had to go to the chic-fil-a grand opening and because of the long drive, I decided to bundle a few reviews/visits into one trip because both businesses are awesome and why resist? This target was a bit messy actually. DVDs on the floor, random things in random places, shopping carts and employee organization things blocking up cart traffic! I did buy a few things I love! Like a fall pie ceramic dish, a recipe card container (what are those called?) some Halloween gummy fingers, strawberry and cream marshmallows, fruit snacks and my favorite purchase was a cute sweatshirt that I found in the men's section! Its a bit warm for 60 degrees but will be perfect for chilly nights. I asked for some help from a girl working in that area and she was a lot of help! Very nice and professional! All and all, a good place, I'm sure I would never be able to walk out of a target empty handed!

Pricing was typical for Target and the quality of the items are the same here as any other Target. The store is attached to the Champlain Centre mall so there is plenty of parking.
