Thrift stores are becoming more like consignment shops with more collectable and high end items. My problem is when they overcharge for them. My know here is the same I have at most thrift shops they are 95% housewares and woman's clothing. As a man, I donate items that no longer fit or are just not my style and I assume I am not alone, that said, it's hard for me to find a selection of menswear at most thrift stores. This isn't my neighborhood, so it's less than likely I'll be back, but that said despite a friendly staff, this place is just not catering to men.

This location had Operational issues which took its toll on the current inexperience staff transition from a Roy Robinson to Camping World. Ultimately effecting our Customer Service experience. Our Sales Rep- Jared was caring and kind. He truly followed through when we had challenges on any issues throughout the sales process. Jim- Acting GM, was over worked, pulled from every direction and had to be covered by other GM's in the area to have a day off. He did not have any interaction with us until it became crucial. Buyer beware " Vehicles on Consignment". is handled as Third Party. Especially when repairs are needed. Our most valuable, memorable and appreciated experience was meeting Steven Gutierrez. He understood our frustration's and made the final closing seamless. Lastly, Interested Buyers take notes, pictures, names and dates. I found her attitude to be dismissive, unpleasant, testy and curt. I don't believe that she served the best in customer service for her client, because the reels will end up in a donation store if not, the trash when they clear the house out to put it on the market. I've had other estate sale companies they were quite accommodating to my needs and created a win win for both parties.
