Very disappointed with the customer service at Main Street Antiques. I found a little girls smocked dress and matching outfit for boy but they would not sell the dress since it had no price. I was there 1.5 hr and no price so I was promised a call once they got the price and I was going to have someone pick it up for me. Waited 2 days and was told I would get a call back. No call, called back. Again no call back, then finally today I am told it was probably put back up and maybe the message about calling me was lost. Said I could come look for it again and they would price match, yeah and why did they not do this the first time. I told them the price range from the beginning, but refused to sell it. This was very important for my grandchildren's photoshoot. Now I am stuck trying to find matching outfits again at the last minute. This was very very inconsiderate service. read more

This is one of my favorite places ever. I've been twice now, and there's no end to how many things you will find! Whatever your vibe is, whatever you're looking for, they've got it. And a HUGE selection, at that! From vinyl records, artwork, jewelry, clothes, furniture, toys... they've got it all. Make sure you give yourself ample time to explore all the aisles. (And be careful, you might get lost.) You will need at least an hour to see everything. There are lots of different vendors with all kinds of goodies. Sometimes handmade and sometimes vintage/antiques. I promise you, you will find something for you or a loved one here! The prices are set by each vendor, so they will vary but most of them are pretty reasonable. Everyone staff member I've interacted with has been super friendly and helpful. Third visit to this location. While it's absolutely huge and the selection is unmatched, it did seem to me like I was seeing a lot of the same stuff. If you're looking for certain items, or even a certain category of items you might be able to spot new things each time you go. But just for general shopping for cool items, after you've been a couple times, it seems like you know what's going to be there. The prices are set by each individual vendor and can be reasonable to insanely overpriced in my opinion. The people working the front counter are very willing to help you with whatever you need, but I did not notice anyone working just walking around the mall to help, so you'd need to walk all the way to the front for assistance. If you've been here before, you know that can be a long haul depending on where you're at. Cool place to stop in if you've got a couple hours to kill. I'll come back eventually, but I'll want to give it much more time in between visits so that there will hopefully be more new stuff to shop for. read more

The Main Street antique Mall has everything for everyone! This is a cool set up. There are hundreds of vendors that sell their wares to the public and they are constantly updated with new things. If you're looking for old, new or in between this is where you want to shop. There are plenty of places where you could grab some lunch afterwards and enjoy sitting outside with the beautiful fresh air and sunny skies. This antique mall is made up of over 500 little shops under one roof. The building is a restored textile mill. It is large and spacious. It was a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. The individual booth prices their own merchandise. Some vendors have priced their items high but I found that most booths had very fair prices on their items. The variety of items here is amazing. They have everything from antique furniture to new designer items. They have neat home decor. The antique glassware is plentiful. It took us a long time to peruse the entire store. The stock changes daily as vendors restock their booths. I recommend this place as a good place to buy household items as well as a fun place to spend a few hours looking around. read more

Recommend: Barely. Initial, first employee 'greeting' was very, very, unsocial. A bit alarming, honestly. Midweek shopping, I traveled over an hour to get here. Expected normal hospitality, smiles etc as this place came recommended throughout the greater Charlotte area amongst other Antique stores. I had to really think on this review thoroughly, but I will summarily note, I'm not a fan, won't be back and it's a challenge for me to recommend based on this particular experience. Please allow me to explain. Size of store is grand, seriously. One half hour prior to closing, they start shutting off lights, yes; shopping, then the lights go out... This continues as if the facility is having electrical issues but that in addition to annoying intercom communications that "the store is closing in half an hour", then "20 minutes, 15, etc". Really?? Shutting off facility lights, WHILE patrons are walking about, is a CLEAR signal, the customer is NOT important. Think about that if you will... Furthermore, this store, though incredibly big and in a very nice area, contains more 'memorabilia' and crafts than 'antiques' (predominantly). Few antiques here and there but much more modern items IMO, I'd be remiss if I didn't share that. I'm an 'antique' hunter and this store with its bountiful space and plentiful vendors just doesn't deliver that, at its heart in my humble opinion. Looking for antiques, I'd consider looking elsewhere. read more

We love it here! There are so many little shops in one place! You can get anything from antiques, to new items, to collectibles, and everything in between! It is very large, very clean, and a really neat building! It's easy to get lost in here for quite a bit of time. It's located in such a great area too. Directly connected to some of the best eats in Mooresville, a great coffee shop, and some other little shops as well. You can easily go grab coffee or lunch, and then walk off your calories in the antique mall, while getting to take a look at a lot of neat items! read more

Interesting Venue much like the old Black Lion we had in Cornelius and later in Huntersville and also in Charlotte down near Pineville. This used to be a Burlington Industries Textile Plant producing Dinem . Closed years ago and now has been divided up to small spaces that people rent to display their goods for sale. Main St. Antiques operates as a middle man and the agent for the people who are trying to sell items here. The place is enormous and you can spend hours here. Unfortunately I was looking for an Executive Desk and while I did find a nice one, it was too wide for my home office. When I have time, I will probably go back and spend some more time browsing. Did see an large metal chicken which jokingly I offered to get for my Daughter in California but she declined on the grounds that the neighbors might object. This is an antique mall with multiple stalls and venders under one roof. My parents visited it one time before I came for the holidays and they thought I should check it out. There's a beer garden/restaurant next door to the antique mall. The parking lot is shared with the two businesses. We went before lunch and were able to find parking without issue. Depending on when you go, you might have a hard time finding a spot or you'll find one right away. The stalls are a mix of old and new items and you can find a mix of categories from toys, home decor, and other. I think you will find more home decor and collectibles, versus clothing. While I didn't buy anything, it's a great place to visit and stroll around. read more

I did shop quite frequently at Main Street Antiques. I understand your policy about no dogs. It's your business, your rules. However when I was checking out my items by the mean blond, she was absolutely rude to an elderly couple that came in with a dog in a stroller and another carrying their puppy. Instead of being polite with them her comment was did you not see the sign on the door! No dogs! This was not the first time she has been rude. I've seen her bark at vendors and customers. I told her that I'm sure there is more theft, which I've been told by vendors, and crap left by people shopping than dog messes. I guess she hates dogs and people. She is never, ever friendly and has no business dealing with the public. I'm sure she has a lot to do with the many unoccupied spaces there. Great antique mall. We had a family reunion and did something each day of the week. We chose this mall for one of the days and weren't disappointed. Plant of booths, and many choices from vintage toys, clothes, furniture and household goods. Just great. Next door is a burger place so after several hours of browsing and checking out with some nice finds, we had a late lunch at the burger place. As a few have mentioned, the staff is less than friendly and some give the impression that they are being critically "supervised" The mall is big but lacks what one thinks of as an antique mall. Had an EXTREMELY rude welcome to the gallery this morning. Went to the door at 10:01 (you open at 10) and it was unlocked so I went in. Was basically scolded and yelled that they weren't open yet. Sorry I'm here at your opening time and inconvenienced you for giving some business. I've been coming here for years but I'm going to rethink that after this experience. I can't believe I haven't been to this antique mall before today! So many cute booths and seriously something for everyone here....except my brother-in-law. The booths are all individually rented and run and have different themes. There were pets, restored photos, military, vintage records, mid century modern and upcycled booths, just to name a few. All of the aisles right now are one way due to covid. The place was not air conditioned but it had plenty of fans. Still, the heat made it difficult to wear my mask through the entire store! We love this area and we love this antique mall- we don't live super close but this place is worth the drive. Be prepared to spend hours here if you want to see and experience everything, there are soooo many amazing vendors with a wide variety of items new and old and a variety of prices too. My daughter ALWAYS finds a doll here to bring home- she is a true collector of vintage toys but specifically dolls and raggedy Ann's.. I have a feeling we will be back for this giant raggedy that she saw today. My husband and I found a ton of indoor and outdoor decor for our home that we loved and we left with a few new pieces. Last trip here I found some Van Gogh earrings that I looooved and had to have. The ladies who work here are so sweet and welcoming - they complimented my daughters princess dress right away today and she had several strings hanging from it and they were kind enough to help us snip them off so she could be comfortable while we shopped, it meant a lot to me the attention to detail and kindness that they had. Bruh! This place is huge! Like you really could spend all day in here combing through the different stalls. Definitely a place to visit and it's building is connected to a few food places and a coffee spot. I enjoyed it, we had to rush through it but we come back soon. Got some really cool and cute stuff. Love this place!! So many good finds and such a cool old warehouse building! They're by a burger and rotisserie chicken place, a pizza place and a coffee shop. Lots and lots of booths, with nice flowing aisles. Always playing frank sinatra/michael buble type music. Finds of all kinds-furniture, decorative items, clothes, records, kitchen gear, old sports gear, cool antiques, will make you feel like you're at a quirky rich old grandparent's house and like you could recreate an old space. read more

Probably our favorite antique mall. It's definitely one of the biggest! The parking is huge. They have some awesome food in the same building. And what I love the most is that some vendors put trump apparel and flags in their booths so it makes it easy to avoid spending money on those particular vendors. Love it! I used to very much enjoy visiting this antique mall. We live out of town and would visit every few months or so. After going for several months without going in anywhere "non-essential" we decided visit this place today & found that they aren't enforcing the mask mandate in any way, despite encountering many employees in the same area where maskless folks were, in considerably large groups. Probably 55% of the visitors had *no* mask on, while another 15% were wearing theirs under their chins. I imagine these are the same folks who will become irate when the governor imposes another lockdown. Funnily enough, all they'll need to do is glance in the mirror to find someone to blame for businesses suffering & closing, not to mention who knows how many covid infections and deaths they contributed to. We all have a part to play in getting this pandemic under control, and if we would all just COMPLY, we could see this end all the faster. Unfortunately this business doesn't appear to care about the health of their customers, employees or community. Shame on them. read more

I'm not certain I understand the concept here but if you're into this sort of thing and you get it more power to you. Me, I've been in here looking for furniture items - most recently a sideboard that I saw for sale online that's supposed to be here except I can't find it. I have had some difficulty locating items and often what I see in real life has little in common with the online images besides the color palette so maybe people are having trouble reading a tape measure which is annoying for me. So yeah, there's lots of old stuff here but there's also plenty of newer stuff and also a fair amount of re-finished stuff that looks old but isn't but is priced like it was. so parts of it are genuine antiquities, memorabilia, and vintage collectibles, and other parts feel more like a huge consignment store but what do I know? Since each booth is a store unto itself I didn't get a whole lot of help from the help. Probably not their collective fault but there ought to be a better way. read more

If you're looking to go back in time before anyone had to worry about a pandemic sweeping across the world killing people then you should go hang out at this place for a while. Here you will find a business that seems to completely disregard what is happening around them. You'll see lots of employees without masks and even more shoppers. There are literally no safety precautions being enforced in this place at all. We watched as a maskless employee rode a 3 wheeled bicycle through the isles and after about 5 minutes of this we had enough and left. If you have a booth in this place I can assure you that the manner in which this place is operating right now is costing you money. I'm sure we aren't the only people who see what's going on and leave prematurely without spending a dime. This place is straight up dangerous right now. read more

If you do not live in Mooresville do not waste your time with this place! They turned the lights off 30 minutes before closing ! Also very rude man on bike ringing his bell at everyone. Threatening that Mall was closing in 20 minutes, better go get in line. Just very rude. Did not even say they were closing early when we called to see if they were open. This place has gone downhill. Lots of empty booths as well. Just sad because it used to be nice . Will not go back and will being telling friends etc how the service was . Absolutely loved this antique mall! Spent hours exploring and shopping, and took a lunch break at the adjoining restaurant called Barcelona! Delicious pulled chicken sandwich...I mean mouth watering and yummy!!! Back to the mall, very nice employees, some "big ass fans" to keep us cool, a must visit again kind of place! Although it's got the word "Antique" in the title, it's mostly brand-new 'decor' items. Wastes my time. Why didn't I give it one star? The few things I got there were super bargains. There is a bookseller space that has quirky, really well-priced, bizarre items. I might come back for them, but the rest of the mall, not worth the trip. read more

I kind of like this place. It's a great place to browse for different items that may or may not be "antiques". Allow yourself some time for browsing because there are a lot of booths in this place. I recommend not going in the summer because it's hotter than hell inside. They have a few fans but it's not anything that will keep you from sweating like a pig. I enjoyed it much more when I went last month because it was cool. I have found a few interesting things including some rocks and patriotic items. My husband has his eye on a Spy Hunter full size video game but for $7500, I'm going to let someone else have it. read more

Wow, what a gem! I went here a couple of weeks ago and picked up an Ethan Allen coffee table and a pair of ladder-back chairs for 60 dollars total! There are lots if great items for good prices - of course there are several booths with repainted/repurposed items for much higher prices as well. We will definitely come back here to see what else we can score! read more

This antique mall was recommended to me by a few people and I'm so happy I finally had a chance to get there. Its got tons of treasures, trinkets, and furniture. Like many other antique malls there are tons of different booths. The booths are operated by different sellers. They take a lot of time to curate their wares and it was obvious. I was a little disappointed because it was a little bit messier and disorganized than my favorite antique mall in Concord. I found an adorable little mirror. It wasn't an great deal, but I really liked it. I'm sure you can negotiate there, but I didn't on the mirror. I'm sure I'll return, but most likely not for a little while. read more
