The box was apparently not for sale - and it was the packs inside that were for sale, but the woman snatched them from her hand, grabbed a box cutter and tore open the box, then started screaming about a writing a ticket. My daughter thought she was calling the police to write her a ticket and she was in trouble.....she started crying and the beast, who had no situation awareness, just kept wailing about needing a ticket. My daughter eventually left with her mother while the cashier who noticed everything apologized profusely. The beast was clearly a manager because she clearly was put in the middle and didn't want the beast to see her apologizing to me. Disgusting behavior and will never shop there again. Hopefully that beast of a woman went home feeling good that she made the sweetest girl in the world cry.

It's hidden behind the South Hills Village Mall in a small plaza where the Ulta and DSW are located. The store was dead on a Saturday morning, so we were able to be helped by a nice woman named Susan. I beelined for the couch and was in love at first sight. They were running a Labor Day sale so we got it for a discount. To be honest, it was pretty pricey, so I was just waiting for it to go on sale. We ordered the couch and ottoman and were able to get it shipped to our new house fairly quickly too. We did end up changing our minds on placement of the couch in our living room, so I had to physically go in and "return" and rebuy the couch so we could switch the chaise lounge placement. I wasn't able to do it over the phone, it's only a perk for Macy's card holders. But the process again was easy, other than having to physically come in. Delivery was on time and super quick. I reached out via the phone and spoke with Bonnie to inquire more about them. I then reached out via FB messenger to see if certain pieces were still available and she was so accommodating and helpful. Yesterday we stopped in to check out some pieces. Bonnie and the gentleman there were both so kind, helpful and understanding. They couldn't have been any nicer. They have a huge selection of furniture, both new and used to choose from. You can rent or buy. A lot of furniture at more "typical" stores right now is on back order which isn't always ideal. Some of the used furniture is in better or worse condition than the next which is to be expected since they can't control how someone cares for the furniture they are leasing. The location was easy to get to with a great parking lot right next door. The space itself was immaculate. Everything was clean and easy to see. They explained how they thoroughly cleaned the each item they lease when it gets turned in which makes me feel much better about buying used from them versus elsewhere. The clothing can be on the limited side but they have a lot of high end brands and their sizes are more for woman, not girls/teens. I check it out a few times a month since the turn around time is quick and they are the first place I go for dresses, suits and cute tops. Their prices are also great for buying and they have different color tags each week for further discounts. For example, I bought $400 worth of cute suits today for $44 and I know thst because 2 out of the 4 items had original price tags on them. Score! Selling your stuff- I have never brought anything there to sell, so I have no insight on that. They do have a strict policy for consignment but I see woman bringing in furniture and cloths all the time. Cons: Their hours are very limited, 11am to 5 M-Sat and 11am to 4pm on Sun.

The owner will be notified and I may write a new review if I get my bottoms back or get compensated. My suit no longer has value without the matching pants.
