This store is one of Burbank's hidden treasures. Not only does this shop have a huge inventory of vintage lunchboxes but a lot of vintage toys, action figures, and collectibles that are hard to find online. He said he's descended from Spanish and Italian, so his last name is Tigere, means Tiger. He's really friendly and chatty about the over 100 countries he's been to, the culture and the conversation spans to rocks of all forms including dinosaurs poops and crocodile teeth. It was very interesting and time flies talking to him. The rocks in the store prices 30,40,50+ bucks but there's no pressure from buying. The store covers old comics to rocks of all forms to small cultural artifacts of all kinds. It's worth spending time there but I felt like without Mr Tiger telling you the stories and explanations, it's a lot less interesting. He said he's there into the nights, so the ideal time to visit is probably late afternoon into the evening.

An abosutely amazing find. The building has a few rooms, gatheting items of all sorts left behind. Each piece has a story that Tiger will surely tell. The hours are a little iffy. He asked the lady if he bought it all what she would charge for the last two items. She gave a chunk off of the price. He left everything and only bought the last two way reduced items! Had a bizzare experience in here recently. My husband likes to check out antique store, he looks…read morefor various collectibles he likes to get. For a long time he wanted to check out Lady Peter's Whimsy but surprise! The store is mostly closed, it was closed all the times we passed by for years! Check out their schedule LOL! Well, a couple of Sundays ago, it was opened so we stopped by. We were greeted by the British owner with "you are my first client", it was before 4 pm! The place is dark, crammed, can't really look around, everthing is hanging somewhere far away from you. Can't speak of prices, didn't see any! The owner turned on a few lights, but it still impossible to get near anything. Then she started to chat away too much, and I do enjoy some small talk, but I don't love to hear political opinions coming out of nowhere that I disagree with. I tried to keep it to myself hoping mu husband wants to go. But there was no need for that, the owner was ready to close the store and kick us out if "you're not buying anyhing". Well, that is not that simple if you can't see aything in there! I thought she was rude and I wonder why the Yelp rating is so high! With so many normal second stores around, who needs it? Will we go back again? Take a guess!

Mean to dogs says it all for me. Goodluck, if your calling her you've probably had a death in the family, dont call her, she will just delay your progress and make your grief worse.

Lots of monster themed merchandise for sale, skeletons, halloween snack bowls, Stranger Things cookbook, novelty accessories, evil character masks, dead insect and animal displays, creepy sculptures, and of course photo ops galore, like the camp horror boat scene with Jason Voorhees.

If you are into horror and such this is definitely a spot you would like. There are a variety of items to purchase here. Some are more run of the mill mass produced items like candles, purses, slippers, books and such. While other items were clearly thrifted and one of a kind or vintage. Very neat to have that kind of a variety. For example you can get a $20 skill candle or a $400 old operating table. See what I mean? It's definitely a great store to browse around. I easily spent 20 minutes just looking between their three rooms. The reason I did dock one star though is that while it was fun to browse, it's not necessarily my kind of merch. To each their own. Even more so I did find some of the prices to be a little high, maybe it's just me. One example I could give was I found a pretty simple necklace with a bat and heart that I've literally seen a hundred times over at Claire's. That necklace easily is about $7 or so, but here they were selling it for $35. I get they need to make a profit but the quality wasn't there and it was giving child's costume jewelry at a more expensive price. Surely they need to make the rent and knowing that a lot of people who come in are more so "just looking around" it makes sense prices need to be adjusted. A final positive to end on a good note is that the staff are absolutely lovely here. There were multiple staff working which I appreciated. Everyone was very very nice and welcoming. I love their passion for this store and enthusiasm. Nice people work here and I'm glad there is a store like this around for those who can truly appreciate what it has to offer.
