Do yourselves a big favor and just say NO!!…read more Not this place, from my experience and definitely not Angie ever, who ruined my hair color to a CLOWN-red color with yellow highlights? when I was very clear to her exactly the color I wanted, needed and look best in.. a subtle "Neutral 9" tone bc I know my hair and skin tone very well and for many, many years of doing my hair myself mostly or high end or highly recommended Salons and never had this kind of issue anywhere else before! I do the base myself usually without a problem but I decided to treat myself to a professional job and need a 9- neutral bright blonde base and possibly with a scattered 9 neutral bright highlights. It's that simple! And I was very clear to Angie about it. But left very unhappy. First off, the price they quoted me over the phone "for the base color is $70" which was a lie bc as soon as I was in her chair Angie stood back erect at me and pointed into her palm in a demeaning and demanding way, that she "only takes $78 for a base color!" I was a bit taken aback but let it go, took a deep breath and agreed bc it was too late to book anywhere else at that point and I had an important day the next day. Then she did the same about that I "needed highlights to graduate the color" and "that is $35 for 6-12 highlights?" 6-12? I again took a deep breath and tried to trust her and said ok but I definitely need a neutral 9 color tone, like the box color picture I brought in to make it crystal clear to her. She then said "it will be more warm color" but I said I don't look good in warm colors" so I should have just left then!! Instead, unfortunately, I said "well what color do you mean exactly?" And she pointed to what was in my hair already and I agreed to THAT color as long as it was more neutralized afterwards with some toner or something closer to a cool(er, but not cool.. 9 NEUTRAL." She agreed. So I let her proceed, but later very sorry for it! Over many years, only a few inexperienced Stylists in the past had over-processed my hair and I was always given a full refund or a fix depending on how bad it was and I had to usually just tone it down with Toner the next day to get any red brassiness out, let it grow out and keep deep re-conditioning it. But this Angie was adamant about giving me clown red-base with yellow highlights apparently when it was not necessary to make it that way! With this place and Angie, I was left with a clown-look, which ruined my plans for the next day, Easter Sunday and a special Birthday party! She refused to tone it down and there was even black dye left on my left ear lobe that I found when I got home. And my scalp was completely itchy all over bc the product was not properly washed out even. So unprofessional and rushed didn't even rinse the product out of my hair properly? I COULD NOT WAIT TO GET OUT OF THERE FAST ENOUGH!! "NEVER GOING BACK!!" "AND NO TIP!!" I usually always tip $20 for a good job! NEVER AGAIN!! Good luck!

She is not welcoming at all and doesn't even show you around in regards to different modalities, etc. When asking her about some things she just blows you off. When calling you can't even hear what is being said on the machine. Did the float pod initially with my dtr. and a massage with Jimmie and Kolibri (who are BOTH absolutely FANTASTIC). They were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the facility. Later learned that they were the ones who originally built Mystic Float. Too bad they sold it. I will still go there to see them both for massages, but will not use any of the other modalities there. Went twice to the salt cave and spoke to Julie about the halotherapy that appeared to not be working properly. Told me that she cleaned it, but it still was not putting out any mist. Waste of money and the music in the salt cave was way too loud. I will return to 'Inner Whispers' on Hills and Dales for the halotherapy (which is GREAT and you can actually feel the mist. And plus they have other modalities there and the energy throughout the place is INCREDIBLE). If they had a different person running Mystic Float their business might pick up, but unfortunately Julie does not have the right energy, temperament, or attitude for a wellness center. No one should have to walk thru the doors of this type of business and feel like they're an inconvenience or not welcome.

I have had many massages at various different locations and I firmly believe that the Massage I received from Aaron yesterday was absolutely impeccable. From the moment I walked in I felt my stress wash away. The staff was incredibly professional, the entire building was aesthetically pleasing, and the massage that I received was exactly what I needed to make me feel refreshed and rejuvenated. The prices are a little higher compared to other spas in the area, but honestly you get what you pay for and I would love to come back someday. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I really really needed it.
