In other words, we were not leaving before paying for it. I didn't want to make a scene so we decided to continue waiting. The food took an additional 22 minutes to arrive. I feel the restaurant breached its responsibility to serve us within a reasonable amount of time, and bullied us into paying for the meal one way or another.
