I agreed to go ahead and he had the new system and was back in about an hour. A few hours later the old system was out and the new one was in. He also checked other plumbing fixtures to make sure all was well. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and able to recommend what was needed. I wish all contractors were like Ryan. I just found out today when I had a contractor replacing a spiket on the outside of my double-wides…read moremobile home, that the floor was bowed under the hot water tank. Symons built a little platform instead of replacing the floor, sprayed all kind of foam insulation in a large hole that was under it, again instead of replacing the floor. Used multiple types of pipes, 11 fittings, which I was told was done wrong also. He left the. Gas vent, it's now electric the ground wire is not connected.
