We walked around talking about different way to figure out what was causing the smell and he "I'm going to just walk around and check things out" within 1 minute he yelled out "found it". Under the sink in the bathroom and vent check valve was missing. The contractor plumber never installed it when the house was built 2 years ago. He said he could fix it right now and gave a very reasonable price. I said go ahead and within 30 minutes he had fixed a problem I had been dealing with for the last two years. He was very knowledgeable and even found a pipe that was not glued when he was installing the valve and fixed that as well I would highly recommend this business for their expertise and value for what they do. I've had Otis retrofit shower faucets which was not the easiest project in my opinion. I ordered the parts needed and Otis had to cut through ceramic tile to add the new faucets and corresponding plate. He had to redo the pipes which were set up for separate hot/cold faucets into a one unit operations. The end result was a perfect setup, leak free and very professional looking. Otis brought an assistant who removed and replace a kitchen faucet with corresponding sprayer. He also replaced an aging garbage disposal. Once again, professionalism with an eye for detail and excellent installation. These guys do not waste time, go on coffee breaks, they stuck to the job and met all my expectations as real professionals. About one-year later we had a nasty blockage with minor water leaking in our basement. I called Otis, who was backed up with work but agreed to come out early the next Saturday morning. He came back and put the part in and put the faucet back together. That took about 20 minutes. He charged me for 1.5 hours of labor. Total charge was $269.00. I could have bought a new faucet for $125.00. When I questioned him he told me the timer starts when he arrives and if he has to go get a part the timer does not stop. Never use them again.
