The entire staff was incredibly kind from the front desk, to the nurse, to the PA. They were thorough and very helpful. All in all a wonderful experience when you're already not feeling your best. I also found out if you do not use your insurance/if you go out of network with them, it is a $205 flat rate but that includes any tests they run there at the office, medicine they provide you there, and any examinations there as well. I know some may be cheaper but when you factor in extra tests and things the bill can typically add up fast. Overall I would highly recommend. Very clean and well kept also!

The promotional materials mentioned absolutely nothing about a patient cap policy. Turning families away a mere 80 minutes into a three-hour event points to a severe lack of adequate staffing and proper event planning.
