A few weeks went by and we started receiving bills from Quest diagnostics. The bills were not small. She called Quest who told her she had to speak with Lifestream. She spoke with Lifestream who told her she should not be receiving a bill because she paid in full. We continued to get bills. Every month we repeated the same dance. Every month we were told we shouldn't be receiving a bill. She messaged Susan Harris herself who assured us she would personally take care of this. It's the very end of June and we received yet another bill saying it is past due. This isn't rocket science, it's not even as difficult as traditional medical billing where you have to go back and forth with insurance to get paid. This was a cash payment. Simple. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If they can't handle something as simple as a cash payment, I'm not sure how they could even begin to handle the complexities of treating patients. My wife and I are so disappointed in the lack of care we have received from this office.

I think it's crap you leave honest feedback about your staff 3 years ago and you are never allowed back there. Staff come and go all the time but Dr. Coxsley is still there. She is a great doctor. you would think that the practice would call me and ask me what happened what can they do to make it better, etc., but no they did not. When I was first looking for a primary care office to set up with I initially searched online and called around to various practices to ask questions and figure out which practice might be right for me and my family. Some places I called either didn't want to take the time to answer my questions, didn't know the answers or just didn't seem very friendly/caring. When I called here, the person on the phone was super friendly, didn't make me feel rushed and patiently answered my many questions. I then decided later that day to make an appointment (but at that point it was after hours on a Friday) and was able to do everything online, while they were closed - including scheduling my own appointment - I didn't have to wait for them to reopen after the weekend. It was amazingly convenient and easy to do. I've seen Megan approx 4-5 times now, I love the convenience of self scheduling online and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. You can do in-person or online (depending on what you need) and I've done both so far, both were on time and easy to do. If you like the convenience of self scheduling with a tech-forward practice, or you're tired of feeling like a number on an assembly line, or tired of dealing with a doctor who doesn't listen and only spends 5 minutes with you, then absolutely check out this place for care. I had no idea that once you start oral progesterone you CANT STOP or you wont sleep at all and it took me 4 months get titrate off of it. They dosed me too high on Testosterone which caused me insomnia, hair loss and temporary high blood pressure. I could not sleep for 2 months while titrating off of the testosterone and stopping the estrogen abruptly and had to take dangerous sleep drugs, ambian, triazodone. and I had to go on high blood pressure meds until I titrated off of it. Then later in the year it took me 4 more months to titrate off the oral progesterone again not sleeping and taking the dangerous sleeping drugs. I also had bad side effects from the estrogen When I told Elise that I was having bad side effects she told me I had 30 days to find another provider. REALLY! How horrible, never helped me at all with this nightmare that she created. I found another provider a GYN medical doctor who knows how harmones work with my health issues, who knew how to titrate me off of them and was much cheaper than this horrible place!!! I hate this place for the suffering I endured. Now I am seeing an awesome GYN and I pay 115 per visit, and am starting testosterone 2mg and Elise prescribed me 10 mg to take 1 or 2 pumps a day REALLY!!! Ladies be very careful and use a GYN not these physician assistants that don't care about anything but your money!!!

However, since they were taken over by Methodist Health their billing practices are deceitful and outrageous. I confirmed before seeing a nurse for a sinus infection that it would be treated as an "Urgent Care" visit since it was 4pm on a weekday, but I believe they billed my insurance as an "Emergency Visit", which is now going towards my deductible and they want me to pay $303 in addition to the $25 co-pay I paid at the time of my visit. I called Methodist's billing dept (3 times) and they told me to "not pay the bill" and they would re-bill it and blamed my insurance provider for not understanding their billing codes, but they keep sending me bills. After contacting my insurance provider they said I was being billed for 3 injections (I only received 1 - a steroid shot for $700!!!, so don't do that if given a option) and it is completely unclear if this was submitted as an urgent care visit or an emergency visit or exactly what the clinic claims my treatment was other than a series of injection billing codes.
