Antonio installed my glass tile backsplash. I love it! He helped pick the perfect grout color and explained what to expect every step of the way. The project took longer than anticipated because of the complexity of the tile I chose, but he was committed to getting it done across multiple days as fast as possible. His prices are very competitive too.

a view of a kitchen with white cabinets and green tiles

6 years ago we hired Tony to tile our bathroom. He did a great job and we are still very happy with the results. So much so, that when we purchased terra cotta tiles to finish our kitchen remodel, Tony was at the top of our list to call for installation. Fortunately we were able to get him scheduled between other projects and he came and completed the job as he said he would within the time-frame promised and on budget. And the results are masterful. Tony is an artist with tile and his passion, experience and attention to detail make him a professional craftsman at the top of his game. You pay for quality, and you get a great return with Antonio Tile.

I found Antonio Tile on yelp and decided to take a chance. He came by and worked with us to provide an estimate that met our needs. His suggestions were valuable, saving us money and resulting in a more beautiful end result. He's willing to listen and adjust to meet your desires and stayed to his timetable, working to meet our needs once again. He did more work than what was on the contract, met us at the hardware store after hours to help us with pricing, and did the heavy work so we didn't have to do it. So much more than contracted and always with a smile. We're very happy. Take a look at the photos and you'll see why. I'd use Tony again and recommend him to friends/family. Thanks Tony!

New sink, cabinet, faucets, mirror and lights!

Tony was able to quickly and completely renovate our condo bathroom after our tenant neglected to mention there was water intrusion from a broken tile. He did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it and worked diligently to come up with solutions to issues with building plumbing. He went above and beyond simply repairing the tile to updated the entire bathroom to include flooring. I found Tony easy to communicate with and a reasonable and hard-working person.

Where do I start? Everything exceeded my expectations. 1. Immediate response 2. Friendly/ open communication 3. Fair price 4. Exceptional work Tony is the right man for your tiling job. Super friendly hard working professional. A true master of his craft. He wasn't our cheapest quote but you get what you pay for. I wanted the best and I got it. Couldn't be happier with the end result and the entire process. Thanks again Tony, we will be calling you for future bathroom tile work.

wax ring not seated properly

Tony redid out wood and tile floors about 4 or 5 years ago. He laid out the wood very nicely and then put backerboard on the floor to support the tile. Then there was a phone call that he is going to Tahiti, in the middle of the job, leaving the backer board exposed for about 10 days. He finished the job about 3 weeks late. He has issues with the return on the stairs with the engineered wood and I had to have someone else finish that part. Fast forward to 2021. I was under the house and noticed a leak dripping from the pipe. I called Pipemasters (recommend highly), who told me that when Tony re-seated the toilet, he did not seat it correctly on the wax ring, causing the toilet to lead onto the subfloor. TO make matters worse, he grouted the toilet to the floor, and the plumber, who is working on it at this moment, said that moving the toilet might cause it to crack because it is 'stuck' to the floor. Luckily, I was able to take off the grout with my multimaster, and the plumber removed the toilet and put in a new ring. He said the old ring was installed improperly. (Photo). Tony brought in a helper to install the baseboard, but told me that he had a new job starting and would be unable to sand and paint them as promised. All in all, the floors look good, but sloppy and inconsistent work hours, extended work time and not cleaning up daily after finishing, left a sour taste in my mouth. BTW - it cost $273 to replace the toilet ring. Tony is a nice guy, but not responsible.

This review is a long time coming. I needed flooring done back in December 2018 for a project and didn't know any flooring/tile guys so I searched yelp and came across Antonio Tile. He was quick to respond, made some good recommendations and gave some good advice. He was even able to work me into his schedule so he would finish a little after the holidays. He worked hard picking up and unloading all the tile and other materials for the job. Tony and Emmitt came to work when they said they would, communicated well and made good progress so my job was finished on time. They even came back to do some touch ups. Thanks for doing good work Tony!

COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. this review is the reason YELP should listen to reviewers to give the option of giving a ZERO star. antonio and i signed a contract to completely remodel my ONE and only bathroom. contract stated job to be finished in 7-9 days. my nightmare began on thursday, may 29. antonio and a worker arrived early. i paid half upfront and other half will be paid at the end of job. antonio left for the day after giving the worker instructions. he stated that he still have other projects to finish and errands to do. demolition started that same day. demolition continued on for over a week by that one worker on 3 different days. demolition debris sat at my place for days. excuses for not coming in to work and cleaning up all the debris started flying in at this point. after demolition, few plumbing issues needed to be worked out. this set back the project about a week because antonio nor i could not find a plumber at a moments notice. an excuse he's going to blame it on for the delay for the rest of this nightmare. if anything, it's a delay that actually played to antonio's advantage cause it bought him a week to work on the other projects he's working on. moving on, plumber did his part, antonio was supposed to come and work at my place after the plumber because it was still early in the day, guess what, "no can do." another excuse. following day, another excuse. this went on with excuses after excuses not to come to work at my place until i reached my boiling point when 1 month passed. here's the list of the excuses. 1. very busy, have other jobs to finish. 2. no tools available to rent (to do job). how can you not have your own tools? do Jamba Juice clerks goes out and rent blenders to do their jobs? do seamstress goes out and rent a sewing machine to do their job? 3. truck broke down. 4. son got hurt, need to take care of him. 5. in the process of moving. 6. just not a good day. 7. my worker had a dental appointment 8. need to take care of some overly whiny and full of complaints "african american" customer. ( yes, i cleaned up the word he used referring to his client ) 9. antonio said that he's waiting for some tile setter to call him. days passed without following up with me about this tile setter. 10. i'm just having a bad month. and here is the grand finale and the mother of all excuses which totally blew my mind. 11. "i put 3 ads on Craig's list and got 1 call back. i just posted again." antonio posted for a tile setter. REALLY!!!! a tile setter? word TILE is part of the company name, and then he asked me if i know any tile setter. REALLY!!! even after all these excuses, i asked him to come and just finish the job. NO GO. antonio offered to give me my money back. he did, BUT NOT ALL OF IT. antonio said that he need to charge me for the work he put in. who would have thought that the inconvenience of not having a bathroom for over a month and antonio breaking a legally signed written contract would cost me hundreds of dollars. i told him that he should eat up the cost because of the inconvenience that i endured. he doesn't see it that way, then he started mentioning "his inconvenience" and the bad month he is having and,,, how the plumber f---'d up his this job. HELLO, I DON"T HAVE A BATHROOM FOR OVER A MONTH. i hired another company (review on them to follow soon) to finish the job. new company promised to finish the job in 5-7 work days. job was done in 6 days. my advise to anyone looking for a contractor is to STAY AWAY from hiring this guy. he's a good talker, he can tell you all great things he's going to do, and his pricing is very reasonable." ALL LIES... you've been warned!!!

Old Futura stone that Tony removed
Pikala S.

Tony did an amazing job updating our lanai from old futura stone to new travertine stone. He was very responsive from the time I asked for a yelp quote. He came out, gave us a quote, and was able to fit our job into his schedule. He does big and small projects and even though ours was small he made us feel like were his priority! He kept in constant communication, and we were able to pay with our credit card (gotta get those miles!). We are using him again for some other work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his company. Thanks Tony!

Chris was actually a recommended contractor by the company that we purchased the tile from. I contacted him for an estimate to tile 2 lanais that totaled 170 sq. ft.. He arrived promptly for our initial meeting and a proposal was received within 24 hours. Within 1 week the work was scheduled and completed in 3 days. Work started each day at 7:30am and Chris arrived promptly on time each day to ensure all was in order for his work crew. At the end of each day, Chris visited the job site to inspect that the work was progressing properly. He even made a special trip on the third day to fine tune the grout and acid wash the tile. Chris is personable and honest. He is only the second contractor out of many that I would totally trust working on my projects. I would not hesitate to contract his services again in the future.

We had originally been leaning toward LVP after seeing so many Instagram videos saying it was the way to go, but Lance suggested the Bravewood hardwood hybrid line -- and we're so glad he did. It wasn't something we had on our radar, but the quality and look ended up being exactly what we wanted. It's beautiful in person and feels really solid underfoot. Lance helped us lock in the right materials -- even securing low-stock items in advance -- and gave clear, honest insights into the differences between flooring types and carpet fibers. He also ordered samples for us right away so we could see everything in person, which made the decision process a lot easier. He even helped coordinate with our flooring installer, which saved us time and made the whole process feel more seamless. Lance was always on top of things -- following up, sharing timelines, and making sure we felt supported every step of the way. Even little details like stair nosing preferences were handled with care. Payment and logistics were smooth, and overall, Lance made what could have been a stressful part of the renovation feel really manageable. Highly recommend Lance and Paradise Flooring -- professional, easy to work with, and genuinely wants to help you make the best choice for your home. Mahalo again, Lance!

From the first site visit to the final walkthrough, everything was seamless. William managed this project very well and guided us through this process with ease. At any point if we had questions he was quick to respond. The showroom they have is great and the experience of setting your preferences on design and materials is quite enjoyable. The only hiccup we encountered is that the supplier of the original tile that had been selected did not come in the size we needed and so it wouldn't have meshed well with the current tile in the living room. William helped us find a suitable alternative and we were able to pivot and are very pleased with the outcome. There were a couple of adjustments during the project but again related to the tile, we changed the direction of the placement which allows for us to replace the remaining tile in the house in the future if we decided to do so. William and team thinking ahead with our needs in mind really provided a sense of care. To top it all off, we wanted this build done ASAP and the team was able to complete the remodel in 8 days compared to their estimate of 10 - 14. We are extremely pleased with the work and so glad we went with a business right here in Kaneohe. Thank you William, Wen, and team! My renovation consisted of a full kitchen & bathroom remodel, with tub to shower conversion. I contacted a few companies and received various quotes, some of which required me to travel to various showrooms to select materials which as a first time home renovator, seemed overwhelming. Can't say enough amazing things about William and his crew, not only did he keep me updated daily, but he also handled so many of the nuance tasks on his own, making sure I wasn't distracted at work or taking on any unnecessary stress during the project.
