We walked in and assistant manager John warmly greeted us and gave directions for making the purchase prior to getting in line. Met some totally awesome people while waiting to meet Morris and Malcolm who were in an area at the back of the store. It was a hoot to have other customers ask WHY there were so many people in the store! After having our picture taken we received the signed bottle and John bagged them for us. I noticed so many UNIQUE wines, including some made in Michigan while we waited that I can't wait to return to really SHOP!

When I asked the exact price was quoted 3x the standard price for a bottle of this special bourbon (I should of known that the person helping me was shady after he showed me the bottle I asked for and had to wipe a thick layer of dust off). I told the gentleman that I was going to check another place and would be back. He informed me that I was using his prices to compare across stores and the cost for the bourbon would be $50 higher if I returned to purchase. This place deserves 0 stars for the customer service.
