They delivered it to my address and left it on the sidewalk at my entry door and then sent me a text with a picture letting me know it was there when we got ready to eat it I notice that it was over cooked so I called Antonio's and they said I had to contact door dash since I paid thru them mind you the only way to reach door dash is via a text so using there app they gave me a ten dollar credit I was dissapointed with the entire process and I felt that Antonio's should have to offered a solution. read more

Had this place for the first time last night. I had never heard of Antonios but they were on doordash, so we decided to try it. Some of the best pizza in town. I've been a Dominos Pizza customer for decades so I experienced sticker shock during my first order at Antonio's. That was until I got home and savored how pizzas should be made. Antonious has got it down. As long as Antonio's is around, I will never eat another Dominos pizza again! Antonio's pizza crusts are twice as thick and much more flavorful. I've probably ordered 100 pizzas from here in the past 5 years. For the past year, something has majorly changed with Antonio's. The pizza can be excellent (such as the 1st four years), but can also be bad. 1) No consistency. The pizza ordered last week will be different than the pizza this week. One week they put huge amounts of cheese, and the next week there is so very little, you wonder if they forgot to put cheese on all together. 2) Unbelievably rude. This is relatively new. If I were the owner I'd fire the complete staff and hire new. 3) It can be excellent pizza. The sauce is fantastic, and the cheese is high quality. This little hole in the wall makes great pizza: obviously homemade sauce and crust recipes, pounds and pounds of cheese and fresh veggies. the KITCHEN is SPOTLESS and the service is gracious. I am putting them on the map so they can get more business that they deserve! The only thing they lack is a clean new storefront. Ok, they need a washroom as well. We used to love this place. Our family has been ordering from both east and west Hemet location for years. Family was over visiting last night. We haven't ordered from Antonious for almost a year. So, it sounded great. Ordered the large, italian salad like we always do. Meats and cheeses on the salad are all but non-existant. Gone. How can you deliver a salad advertised as having ingredients that are barely there? I could have put lettuce, onion and olives together much cheaper! Never had a bad pizza here. Been coming back to this place a lot and the pizza is always top quality. Maybe not as good as Milano's, but nobody really is. If you have a party with a lot of people, you can have them make a huge pizza, very handy and effective for get-togethers. When I asked the gentleman to explain to me why we're getting charged extra for them to do less, he told me "F#%? You" and hung up on me. Thick crust, fresh ingredients. Really tastes like great quality pizza. Always ready when expected to pick up. I just love the fluffy crust and how the high quality mozzarella melts to compliment it perfectly. It microwaves just like new. It is also not greasy or overly buttered or fried tasting like many other restaurants. The owner is pretty friendly and so are the guys that work for him. I have eaten here plenty of times and I have to say, I have been very impressed with their food. They offer all the standard size pizzas, but they also offer some very large sized pizza for those that are hosting a home event. My favorite is the "fiesta". For some reason I thought this pizza restaurant was a hole in the wall and avoided it. This is hands down the BEST tasting pizza in Hemet (not going back to Dominos, Papa Johns and Marcos). I was not impressed at all I'm new to hemet so decided to order from this place, when I called I asked for their specials the guy said "well what are you looking for" I said "pizza" he said "ok well how many people you looking to feed" I said "3" he said "x-large cheese and you can add toppings" I thought it sounded ok so I ordered it the price was ok but when I got there the guy I had talked to had bad customer service if he doesn't want to work he shouldn't or at least shouldn't work in customer service cause his skilled are terrible.. When I got home the pizza had a burnt crust it was super oily and not the greatest flavor my son didn't even want to eat it neither did my boyfriend and they love pizza... We ordered one of their specials Lg Pizza a d BBQ chicken wings. We were told $35.00 over the phone. Upon arrival of the delivery person the price suddenly changed to $39.00. We were concerned because we wanted the driver to get a $9.00 tip. We called Antonio's and asked them what happened and we were told that it was due to the added BBQ sauce and the delivery fee. Ordered a small pepperoni with extra pepperoni. Came up to $12. Even with the extra pepperoni there was not alot. The crust and sauce had no flavor at all. It didn't even help when you added the cheese and peppers. I think it made it worse. The only good thing about this pizza was the amount of cheese they put on it should have just got a cheese pizza. The pricing on the website was wrong. When we asked why our total was so much higher than expected they said the website was outdated. We ordered a 3 topping16in pizza and a basic salad and paid $33 when the website said that would be about $20. We got home and realized we were given a 1 topping pizza. We called to inform them of the error and they said "well we opened the box for you." Like it was our fault. And then we were put on hold so the girl could ask the manager a question. this place is horrible. i ordered the lazagna with meat sauce when i finally got it and got home, it was floating in grease, it wasnt meatsauce, and there were some sort of sliced meat in it, and the middle was absolutely cold. after 2 bites i packed it back in the car and went back in hopes they would refund my money, but they wouldnt , and they didnt even offer to give me anything else. they are rude, unprofessional, and they basically stole my 13.00, cause i wouldnt eat that if i was starving. so i just left it there with them and took the loss. think twice before throwing your money away at this dive!!!!! read more

Where do I start with these morons! The only reason I am giving them 1 star is that their food is awesome! But, it's amazing how customer service can completely ruin an experience and now we will never go back. We ordered a pizza for delivery and they said an hour wait and they showed up in 2 hours!! Then, when the guy gets there, he said you guys never paid for this. We paid with a credit card over the phone. So, the delivery guy calls the store and makes us wait even longer for our food (which was like 800pm by then). Then, they said that they never charged our card give it to us again. So, we got on the phone and gave our credit card again. Then, I find out the next day they charged us twice for 2 separate amounts. So, I call them up and supposedly speak to a manager (who can't speak any english) and says "call back at 5pm and I will help you then. (Great manager!!). So, then I call back @ 530 and some @**hole kid answers and says "I never made a mistake, come over here and we will give you cash." REALLY?!?! Wow, so long story short, he came to our house and dropped off cash (3 hours later) and gave some stupid excuse that he was stressed out yesterday because his girlfriend was pregnant and went to the hospital. I'm sorry, but that is no excuse for charging our card twice and being jerks to your customers. So, lesson learned, we won't be calling them anymore! I didn't like the pizza at all. It's cheap, and it definitely tasted that way. Not a lot of flavor. I personally wouldn't want it again, but my son (who can be a picky eater) said that he liked it, a surprise to me. So that's good, because I can get cheap pizza for him. My other son got the lasagna. I suspect it's not the greatest lasagna ever, but he liked it and ate it up with no complaints.
