I was out and about so I called in my order tonight for 2 spaghetti dinners. The girl on the phone asked if I wanted meatballs and I said yes, and emphasized that I wanted meatballs for both spaghetti dishes. Then I asked if the order included garlic bread and she said no, but I could order a quarter order or half order. So I added a quarter order of garlic bread which consists of four pieces. She asked if there was anything else and I replied no and she informed me that my order would be ready in 35 minutes. I said OK and recapped the order back to her. Although, this is what she should have done. I set my timer. I went to the market to kill some time and then stopped by Stadium Pizza on my way home. Got in line for my turn and by this time 35 minutes was almost up only to find out that this girl only put in for one spaghetti dinner. My daughter was upset. The employee did not offer to expedite or fix the problem and I didn't hear an apology for her mistake. I was hungry but I was not about to wait another 35 minutes, so we left. So disappointed. I don't know why the burden was on me to make sure she got the order right. Even though I reiterated the order back to her and made a point to be very clear that I wanted meatballs for both dinners. I don't know what more I could have done. She obviously did not care enough. It's been a while since I have ordered from here, but it's not the first time that they have messed up. Always good pizza here. The prices are okay but it's worth it at the end. I love the large pizza with pepperoni, pineapple, and peppers, it always can fill 2 people up, and with take home pizza too (left overs) I'll take that! We met our son, his wife and child to celebrate our 48th anniversary. My husband and I are in our late 70's. I was bullied and treated very badly by one of the employees, who appeared to be showing off to other employees there. He was rude, ruined our celebration and I left immediately. I sat in the car and called the mgr. I'm sure she thought I was yelling, maybe I was but the Bluetooth in the car picked up and I couldn't get it turned down so I hung up. I'll never never go back. But the service.. not bad but they did "forget" about our pizza and after 45 mins (and asking a couple times with in that time) they said they missed it... but they did quickly make it after that. This was my third time back at Stadium Pizza, and I decided to try their roasted wings. Overall, I really enjoyed them! The wings were nice and juicy, and the meat fell right off the bone--definitely cooked to perfection. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the packaged ranch dressing. Fresh quality pizza! Different than your average Dominos or Pizza Hut. It's cooked to order and served hot out of the oven. Their Canadian bacon and Italian sausage has to be my favorite. Side salad to balance it out. They have lunch specials too! Too good, it was too late to take pictures of the pizza. Ambiance is more of a pub/sport bar vibe. They have a few screens on with sports. SAN JACINTO's BEST PIZZA Wow, I've loved Stadium for many years now, it's consistently exceptional in flavor and options. This pizza sports bar is a local gem that is on everyone's top ten in the valley. Dare I say this is the BEST local pizza joint in the valley. The staff is pretty nice and they do have quite a few lunch specials for diehard customers. I do think the pizza is too pricey though! Recently $91 were spent for two large pizzas, a small cauliflower pizza and side salad. The large pizzas are about Domino's size so they're not massive. I will say they top each slice with a plentiful amount of fresh toppings, so at least that's good! Also, the crust is yummy. However, this isn't upscale Italian cuisine we're talking about here. I recommend the MVP pizza and Meat pizza with bacon, sausage and pepperoni. Service is solid, I usually get some decent staff when I visit. The joint is good for families and sports enthusiasts. Note, sometimes some sports bros and old bros come in and stir up a ruckus, so if you're not into loud environments this is not for you. I've always enjoyed coming and I highly recommend this place! I love this place don't get me wrong. Pizza is one of the best BUT.....came in to ight and had the WORST customer service by Zane. What a total a@@hole. From ordering to receiving our order that guy is a complete perk. I know he is a kid but the rudest and worst attitude I think I have ever come across in customer service. The owners really need to reconsider letting him serve the customers. Let him make pizza, not deal with the people. I will say Seth, you were amazing. Polite and helpful and made my time there much better. If I return and Zane is at the counter, I will leave or go to someone else. You need to learn to be polite and how to deal with the public.
