There were quite a few pizza lovers waiting in line to receive their order including me but let me tell you, Ms Daisy was on top of everything. She was shouting out ppl's names so they can receive their orders but when she couldn't find mine, she went straight to the back asking if anyone had my order. Ms Daisy, finally found my order and was very polite, friendly and professional as she handed me my order. I've never had an issue with the food itself it's always been good but the service consistently disappoints. Whether you order ahead or walk in, there are a few things you can count on: no greeting or acknowledgment when you arrive, a chaotic system where staff take whoever is closest to the counter rather than by order, and delays in pickup times. From my experience today, my order had been ready but wasn't stocked into the kiosk, just sitting in the back with several other completed orders. I wasn't given the opportunity to ask about it and ended up receiving my food about 10 minutes past the pickup time. While that's unfortunately typical for this location, the pizza was no longer hot by then. If there were another location nearby, I'd definitely go there but unfortunately, this is my only option. NOBODY ANSWERS the phone! I was put on hold 20 mins and finally gave up because I realized no one was going to pick up the phone. I usually order through the Little Caesars app, however the app was down. Therefore, I tried to call my order in and ultimately failed. I had to go to another Little Caesars, it's sad because I know this location was open as I drove by it to go to another Little Caesars that answered the phone on the first ring. The food is good here, I used to come here all the time! I just wish the service was better. The location is also insanely packed and very cramped inside. Went to this place on Esplanade. I wanted to try ;the Slices and stix with crazy sauce advertised on tv. While the taste of both was good, I was disappointed that the stix did not have much, if any cheese on top. There was about 1/2 cup crazy sauce, which was good. Crust was thin on pizza, but a little thicker on bread stix side. The employee who took my order was nice (she needs to smile some). The food here is always great. Expect a good wait because it gets extremely busy on weekend nights, but I've always enjoyed the food we've ordered here. The first attempt someone clearly answered the phone to immediately hang up. The second, the employee that answered the phone took my order and I proceeded to ask her to repeat it just to be safe. She had put down a pepperoni deep dish pizza, clearly illustrating that she not only did not listen to my order, she didn't listen to any of the conversation (my entire order was specifically vegan: clean cut, no cheese, veggie).
