I've never had an issue with the food itself it's always been good but the service consistently disappoints. Whether you order ahead or walk in, there are a few things you can count on: no greeting or acknowledgment when you arrive, a chaotic system where staff take whoever is closest to the counter rather than by order, and delays in pickup times. From my experience today, my order had been ready but wasn't stocked into the kiosk, just sitting in the back with several other completed orders. I wasn't given the opportunity to ask about it and ended up receiving my food about 10 minutes past the pickup time. While that's unfortunately typical for this location, the pizza was no longer hot by then. If there were another location nearby, I'd definitely go there but unfortunately, this is my only option. Went to this place on Esplanade. I wanted to try ;the Slices and stix with crazy sauce advertised on tv. While the taste of both was good, I was disappointed that the stix did not have much, if any cheese on top. There was about 1/2 cup crazy sauce, which was good. Crust was thin on pizza, but a little thicker on bread stix side. The employee who took my order was nice (she needs to smile some). The first attempt someone clearly answered the phone to immediately hang up. The second, the employee that answered the phone took my order and I proceeded to ask her to repeat it just to be safe.
