I get a strong deep tissue. I am a talker but if you want silence, I am certain Art will accommodate. The table had memory foam so it was very comfortable. I left a message and was called back in a relatively short time. There are 4 therapists running this center together. So no tip needed. Technically I would only rate the place 4.5 since I have only been there once. I am definitely going back again and will update. Tan 2 story building. Plenty of parking. Very easy to find, a minute or two from North St Shopping center on Rt 37 North towards New Fairfield between the dentist building and plaza of Sal's Pizza. Mostly fine but you can get a little warm. As for the mostly the same, it's still high quality professional massage and related services. This isn't some fancy spa with waterfalls and fancy waters. But thankfully, you're also not paying for that nonsense too. What you get is just a good massage in a comfortable and safe environment. In these times, there's a lot to be said about that. I've always found foot massages to be relaxing and soothing (first one was painful; more later) so this was no different. The reason I am giving Aroma Spa 5 stars is because the foot massage was very good but not the best I've ever received. It gets high marks because for 30% of what I've paid for a reflexologist, I got 80% of quality from a licensed one. Plus, Aroma used hot stones towards the end which other places did not and it felt great. The best was my first a reflexologist I stumbled up in London at a salon within a mall. It was painful; like she was stripping my skin of the bone but at the end, it felt like I was walking on pillows. I felt so light on my feet. I've never experienced anything close to again and wish I could. It could be because it was first time and she loosened all the knots and tight foot muscles. Anyway, I'm looking forward to trying their regular body massage in the future when I'm back for next Vet visit. Don't forget to tip the masseuses as I'm sure their compensation is mainly or possibly solely customer tips!

If you get one of the men, the massage will be excellent. However, if you get one of the women, it will be very inconsistent. When I went with my mom the lady I got did not use enough pressure and the lady my mom got used too much pressure. Overall it's a good place for an hour foot massage (reflexology). They also spend some time on your arms, back, shoulders, and head.
