I felt like he was taking out his anger on me, for I don't know what because we didn't really speak. I love a firm massage but this was way too painful. I left hurting more than when I went in. Every time I told him it was hurting he said it needs to hurt because I have knots. He would ease up and then go back at it with all his force, primarily with his elbow. He seemed to be more focused on massaging my gluts which made me uncomfortable as I came in for a shoulder and back massage. I only went for 30 min and was dying for it to be over because it hurt so much. By that evening my entire back was blotchy with bruises from the massage that I had to soak in Epsom salts and couldn't sleep all night from the pain. 2 days later my back is still sore to the touch and the bruises are even darker .... NEVER AGAIN! This is what I get for going for the cheap convenient place in the mall.

Unfortunately I was informed that no manager is available to assist me. I called yesterday and your workers hung up the phone on me which was rude then every time I called they decided to block my calls. Then you call today and when I try to call back twice you don't answer the calls Massajoyest M. I called and asked twice if that was the price because that's what the gift card mentioned it doesn't say $10 off it says $10 and then when I got there I confirmed again and the worker said yes and before your worker even started the massage she inquired 60 min or 90 min and I specifically said I have the coupon for $10 for 60 min. So instead of your workers rushing customers into a room and trying to get over they should take more time to give a accurate answer instead of lying just to get business. I'm completely dissatisfied with the service and workers and the cons for business. I also told her to focus on my neck and instead she does what she wants and violates my butt. I said that 20% is good for a massage. She got very angry and kept saying $25 tip.This went on for a few minutes. I was seriously blown away that we were even having this conversation... so then she grabbed my card out of my hand again and went to leave the room to run it and that's when I had enough. I asked her to please give me my card back and told her I was leaving. She got very angry again and threw the card at me and slammed the door to the massage room. I couldn't believe this was happening. So I came out of the room and asked her name. She wouldn't give it to me. I then saw a young guy come out of another room and asked her for a receipt which she refused to give him. He was very frustrated and left. They don't use paper coverings for the face placement on the table & I can't help but feel they don't wash all of their linens after each client. The masseuse instantly starts the deep tissue massage prior to 'warming' up your muscles. The worst part about my experience today is ... I tipped 20% & the woman @ the desk tapped the counter & asked me to put an additional $5 down. The fact that I tipped 20% is irrelevant in this situation. This is such inappropriate & unprofessional behavior. Once she saw the shock look on my face, she smiled as if that softens her inexcusable request.
