I tried "A Balanced Body" after a friend recommended it to me. I had knee surgery on both of my knees in 2016 (one done on January and the second done in July). Since then I have had constant tightness in both knees and both legs. I have been taking an hour long aerobics exercise class every weekday (Monday-Friday) since 2015, but no matter how hard I exercised, I always had that tightness, almost to the point of pain. After just a few sessions I felt such a difference! Tiffany has been doing cupping with my massage and it gets results! She always listens to me and is very knowledgeable and caring. A Balanced Body massages are PHENOMENAL! I've had 60 and 90 minute massages from Diane, Elizabeth (the owner) and Alexa, and all of them have been super relaxing and tension relieving. The therapist always asks what I'm looking for in my massage that day and they do exactly what I ask. I've had Alexa do cupping on me during the massage and it really helps loosen up tight places in my back while she keeps massaging. I recommend the cupping for any chronically tight spots, like shoulders. I love this spa! Last December (2018)I went for my first intro massage here offered at $64! The massage was amazing, I had Molly and she is the best. I joined their monthly massage membership that day and have gone every month since. The spa is so relaxing and staff is great! Molly is great for deep tissue work, I struggle with a lot of tightness in my necks and shoulders and every month after my massage with her I leave there feeling so relaxed and all the tension is released. I have also used their waxing services which are great, I have seen Debbie for waxing and could not recommend her more! I am hoping to get a facial soon. I just received the best 120 minute massage from Alexa!! The massage started by Alexa asking if I had any concerns. I told her that my hips are tight and that my planters fasciitis has been very sore. She focused on those areas while still make sure that I got a full body massage. When my service was over Alexa didn't just tell me to stretch, she got on the floor and showed me the stretches I should be doing. I walke out of the spa with no pain, feeling amazing, and relaxed! Loved my 60 minute massage I received here. They got me in the same day I called because I was having some neck discomfort. Great Staff! They offer facial and body cupping. It's amazing, if you haven't tried it it is a must. They are open 7 days a week so its easy to get appointments.
