So, upon beginning a new venture, a certain someone referred me to these "racist individuals!" I simply contacted them to print and produce calendars for me in which I spoke to "dawn," who ensured once they receive an email of exactly what you are requesting we will provide an estimate. A few hours after submitting my email request...the owner replied: I'm so sorry . We can't accommodate this project! No estimate No rebuttal as to why NOTHING! Long story short, I sound white on the phone but once they received my pictures and realized I am a black and Creole woman...It was a NO. How about just acknowledging you don't accommodate black models...would've saved me time, energy and professionalism wasted on your company! read more

She even offered a lot of other services that I may not have known existed. I was very disappointed by the level of service. I needed some signs made, so I called for an estimate. I was told to send the file I needed to be printed and they would give me an estimate. I did this in the morning and by the end of the day had not received a call so I called them. I was informed they got busy and forgot about my job, and they would work on it right away. Again no response so I tried again the next day, was told they were working on an estimate and would get back to me. 4 days later I call one last time, at this point I am pretty irritated. Again I was told that the person working on my job would get back to me. It's been a week and no word, I've already had what I needed completed by another shop. Bottom line, the women answering the calls were always friendly which is why I kept trying. But if you need things done quickly find another print shop. read more

If you think your going to get good customer service and projects done on time without hassle, think again. This company and it's employees are full of drama. They rarely meet deadlines and always blame the customer for their shortcomings. If you have projects that need to be done on a regular basis DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! Dealing with this company and it's egotistical employees specifically, Tina McClain, and Jennifer Westen, will cause nothing less than confusion and regret for attempt to do business with them. The company presented substandard work and whenever it was brought to Tina's attention, she told me I could feel free to take my business elsewhere. Interestingly, her solution to dealing with the poor quality of work she and the other staff presented, was to shoo the customer away. She later admitted the work was substandard and that the company was under pressure because it was severely understaffed. Tina is extremely sensitive, easily offended, confrontational, and does not like to make any changes to customers projects! DON'T ASK TO MAKE CHANGES, IT LITERALLY PISSES HER OFF. She's extremely passive aggressive and as far as I'm concerned, she's far too old for that type of behavior, especially in the workplace. If you choose to do business there, remember she always has to be right so get ready to debate at any moment. Her melodramatic personality is childish and utterly exhausting! Doing business with Mojave Copy and Print was the worst business experience ever! Be careful if you choose to do business there lots of drama, excuses, late delivery, unkept promises, and the list goes on. All of this equates to HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. For all of you business owners out there, if you have a thriving business Mojave Copy and Print is not the business to work with. They can barely meet their own deadlines let alone your deadlines, and may cause your business to fail. They are ALWAYS RUNNING BEHIND SCHEDULE and UNDERSTAFFED. Think again if you plan to complain to the owner because he doesn't care either. He allows the front line staff to do whatever they want to do. I'll never do business locally again. It was a complete disaster. I transferred my work out of the area to another company and it's been nothing but smooth sailing...no hassle...no drama...projects done on time without excuses. I refuse to do business locally anymore because the people here have an extremely poor work ethic. I filled a complaint with the better business bureau because everyone needs to know what to expect when doing business with Mojave Copy and Print. Went in to their store to get a small printing project made. I got a quote and left my final art designs with them. They said they would send a proof within a couple days and the printing project would take a few days to complete. I never received a proof and they never contacted me. I assumed maybe they were just busy so I let 2 weeks go by. After hearing nothing I decided to call and mention this to them and I was told I would receive a phone call from someone who handles printing projects. (They didn't even bother to apologize for this inconvenience.) Again, I never heard from them. After being ignored or completely forgotten about twice I decided to just take my project around the corner to PrintMart who was able to print my project and have it done the same day for half the price. read more
